My sister-in-law and I were at the zoo with two mad yelling toddlers so she I accidentally locked her keys in the car. It was hot and we just wanted to get back home to put the babies down. We live in separate places but I stayed obviously and we all sat in my AC car and called around to find some places. This place was very nice they got there in about an hour. The guy that came out I wish I would remember his name but he was very kind and quick and informative. Thank you so much if I ever have an issue I will call again!

I bought two Buick replacement key blanks online and had Maury Kroll cut them, because they are the only place in town that I found that could handle the job. They only took about fifteen minutes to lazer cut the two keys. The fee to cut the keys was very reasonable ($35 each), but they were going to WAY overcharge me to program the keys ($50 each). I did the programming myself in less than a minute by following the instructions that came with the key blanks. Overall they provided exceptional and polite service. Other than their crazy fee structure for programing, I highly recommend Maury Kroll.

I had a problem with the ignition switch on my van that was making it inoperable. I called them up they said to bring it by to look at it. They pulled the lock fixed it and put it back in in less than 30 minutes. And the price was well worth it and even inexpensive. Will use them again and will refer them to other people. fantastic job thank you

I gave 3 stars because I really believe I was overcharged for a key with no key FOB. $239 for a 07 jeep liberty was excessive. I was told the FOB is an extra $135. I had a key and FOB made for a 2017 grand caravan in portsmouth for $225. The overall professionalism and service was great though and he did it in lightning and rain with A smile, then I drove to a gas station and my battery died. Called him back and he came and gave me a a jump with no charge. So I'll call again, just when I have a bigger check.

I have used this service before to get keys made quick and easy and also the keys were accurate! I was really delighted to find out that if you need a key fob such as one for your car it's very reasonable compared to going to a dealership and they will program it to make sure that it fits your car. Pricing runs usually between $65 and $75, that was a very pleasing service to know that they offered!!

Had driven by this place literally 5000 times in my life and never had been inside. I was surprised how nice, cool and spacious it is. I was immediately greeted by the guy behind the counter. (Didn't have to stand there with my hands in my pockets, or looking at my cell phone, waiting for someone to aknowledge my presence... (don't cha hate that!?) My "difficult" (according to Lowe's and Taylor's) keys were made so fast I could barely get my money ready. .. Nice people, friendly service, reasonable rates. We needed an old jewelry box opened. We had lost the key, but didn't want to just break it open, because the box itself was a family heirloom. The MK team made two new keys in about 10 minutes, without damaging anything.

Everyone there was EXTREMELY helpful. I bought a car from Hall Honda years ago and they refused to provide an extra key after I signed the contract, citing that I should have asked for it before they sold the car to me. Their price for another key is $160.00. When the case to my key fob fell apart, Robert, the employee with Maury, advised me to only purchase another case, not another key. He saved me time and money by doing the right thing. AWESOME service!!!

I have used this place multiple times mainly for getting duplicate keys but today for $106 I got a new car key made for my 2015 Chevrolet Sonic Lt. A dealership wants to charge $300-$400 to do that. I encourage you to use them.

The locksmith provided great service on a Saturday re-keying three different locks. It is nice to have all the locks working with the same key. The locksmith also worked on a sticky door strike to make the lock smoother. The store appointment person was also helpful. I am glad I called.

I locked my keys in the trunk of my '67 Camaro. The first "locksmith" I called wanted to drill the lock and told me he was "50% sure" he could get the trunk open without damaging the car. I politely told him 'no thank you' and called Maury Kroll. They sent a locksmith out to me, and he was able to get into my trunk without drilling anything or damaging anything and he made me an extra key for free right from his van. These guys are professionals and know what they're doing. They have the right tools and the right training. I was very satisfied.

Budget locksmith of Virginia Beach quoted me $175 to have two key fobs programmed and keyed. Then after telling the guy it was too high and I was going to ask around, he said he would do it for $125. To me, it's still to high. I got both keys cut and a third for under $15. Albeit, I didn't get them programmed, but if I did it would be much much cheaper. I can't recommend this place enough. Very fast in and out.
