We broke a key in the ignition of our car and had to have it towed to another mechanic who said they could get the key out. The other mechanic couldn’t get the key out and still charged us $200 and we had to tow the car back to our house. We called Alohomora and they assured us they could fix it, even with the steering wheel locked. They came to our house, we’re prompt and communicative. Got the key out and gave us a new key and made a spare in under an hour!!!!! I highly recommend this company and will use them for all future lock issues. Jose, the tech, came out to my office on an end of the night / last minute visit because our lockbox and key was stolen by someone earlier that day. I had to have the locks changed right away in order to avoid a soon to happen break-in. And Jose came to the rescue. These guys are a lifesaver! Our garage door broke at 9:30pm (yes, at night) yesterday. It would not shut and no matter what we tried it just was stuck! We tried to google fixes and learned that the part that looked messed up was pretty dangerous to fix ourselves. So I looked up what places might be open and with just an hour left in their day called Alohomora. I explained what was going on and they totally made it a priority and came out that very night!! The first technician was able to get the door to finally close which was great, and he let us know what the issue was as there was actually another problem. He then got us a quote for the bigger repair which was an entire spring conversion. He said it would take about two hours. We scheduled it for the very next day. Fast forward to today, Max, the repair technician came right on time, he fixed it all in about two hours, and he was so courteous and respectful as well. On top of that, he made sure everything was perfect. It looks better than the original and definitely sounds smoother! And the price was very fair. I would totally hire them in the future and HIGHLY recommend these guys!!! Thanks again Alohomora!!!

Incredible service! I called the main phone number and in 15 MINUTES a locksmith was at my front door. Max was super professional and thorough; he gave me options, answered all my questions and worked quickly. He didn't have the color I wanted so he told me he'd come back in a half hour ... The services provided by Jarred were top notch. I received a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Jarred was professional in his work and personable at the same time. He was prepared to handle additional work I did not consider when I scheduled the appointment. After front door lock replacement I added a second lock for the garage entry door, garage door opener reset with two new garage door opening devices, a garage door punch key pad reset, and a mailbox lock and key replacement at the mail station located across the street. I appreciated his flexibility with the additional work. I will use this company again in the future should the need arise, without question!

I ended up locking myself out of my apartment and contacted another company originally who said it was going to cost between $250-300 (with the added potential of breaking my door). I decided to call Alohomora Locksmith per my apartment complex’s recommendation and had the pleasure of working with Kristina. She charge a very fair rate, kept me up to date with her arrival time, and was able to get my door opened. These guys were great! I called and inquired about getting a spare Smart Key for my 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road. They gave me two options to choose from (an aftermarket Key Fob or a brand new OEM key fob). They indicated that both work exactly the same and it was merely a cosmetic difference. Both options were significantly cheaper than the competition. I always make sure to do my due diligence (price comparisons, read reviews, etc.) and they were the top choice in the end! We were able to schedule a time for the next day. They indicated it may take anywhere between 30min-1hr but he took 20min at most! After the entire process he had me try both of my fobs to ensure that they both work (as he noted sometimes getting a new fob programmed it can deactivate the other). Rest assured, they were both in great working condition! He handed me my receipt and indicated that I can give them a call if for any reason the fob stops working. What a great experience! I highly recommend their high quality service. *I had to include my review on both Yelp and Google because the service was awesome!

Jose was the biggest life saver, during my shift while performing demolition at the Portland airport my one and only fob key disappeared leaving me and my vehicle stranded at work, tow trucks refused service because of the location, clearance height, and space around the vehicle in the parking garage. Jose was very punctual and was able to program a brand new fob key for me and get my car rolling again within a matter of minutes. My name is Chris, and I had locked my keys in the car. stupid I know, But Derek from Alohomora came and was able to answer my questions. He was very understanding and handled a difficult situation very well and got very creative. My windows were tinted very dark and I had a sunshade over my windshield making it very difficult to see inside, making the act of opening my door a very hard guessing game. So he thought up the idea to get a very bright light to peer into my window in hopes to see the other side and where the lock will be located so he can get an idea where to go. from there he acted blindly looking for the lock and within a moment, it popped open. This did not take as long as I thought it would as from the difficulties, but it was rather quick. He did very well and I give him Two thumbs up. This company is super professional compared to the other companies I called that didnt even bother to call me back. I got a text message from Alohamora within an hour of reaching out to them. My property management company hired Derek C with Alohomora to fix our sliding glass door in our rental house that was no longer locking. Derek arrived in the timeframe that I was told (a hard trait to find with repair companies sometimes!) and even called when he was on his way over. Derek realized that it wasn’t the lock that wasn’t working, rather glue had been used to hold the base of the door down and it had since disintegrated, so the door had sunk and wasn’t lining up right. He screwed the wood in place so that the door would slide properly and line up, and now the door is good as new. Thanks, Derek!
