After I received my quote, Nathan who was my locksmith fixed the issue in a timely manner and stayed in constant communication with me in terms of the time he was expected to be there and again when he was in route. He was very professional and thorough in ensuring that he produced quality work, and informed me that I had a year warranty if anything should happen between now and then. Nate the technician was very attentive. He called me to set up my appointment (after i got off of work @5 pm) and provided me updates throughout the day as to what his ETA was. Hands down the best company to call if you need anything involving your keys. Iv had a few other companies help me throughout my life but this company and experience I had tonight was THE BEST EVER. ADAM drove over an hour to me to make sure I got taken care of IN TERRIBLE WEATHER. He got here and greeted me with a smile on his face and was super friendly. I was already in a bad mood due to the key incident but he definitely made it a lot better and calmed me down. It was lightning and raining on and off, and he was super patient and worked throughout the weather to make sure I was properly taken care of and satisfied. He answered all of my questions and made the entire experience great. Couldn’t have asked for a better employee. The entire process was super smooth and didn’t even really take that long. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had an issue with my key fob while in Clearwater for a family emergency. Called a few locksmith services. All In One was the only one that called me back quickly. The receptionist/dispatcher that answered the phone was extremely kind and said she would have a technician call me back. The return call was less than 5 minutes and the technician arrived within 30 minutes of my initial call. He resolved the issue quickly and explained how I could prevent the issue again. Fair and reasonable pricing for the services. DO NOT WASTE TIME CALLING AROUND.

Called All In One Locksmith early today on a Monday morning, told them that I lost my car keys over the weekend (had no spare). Mr. Jonathon pledged he would get to my residence in 45 minutes, reassuring as I had to get to work, and arrived in 40. He considered my situation and then went to work crafting a new key that was perfect, quick, and the cost was so fair, because I got 3 estimates. I rarely do reviews, but I want to say this about this well organized business - professional from start to finish. Been telling everybody who will listen today about my experience. This is what this country always was - great businesses, great value. We are going to replace 3 outer tesidential doors this Spring; can't wait to dial them up. Highest accolades.

Long story short recently had a service tech from the company come out to my workplace that I would like to think he was just having a bad day. I called left a message for the owner Nathan to make him aware of the customer service I observed . He called back an hour later I explained the situation and that me personally not speaking on behalf of the business I work for wouldn’t use his company in the future because of the interaction. Nathan personally came out the next day first thing in the morning not only made it right for the business as there was still an issue with the original service but personally spoke to me as well. For the owner and that same tech to come back out to make it right speaks volume of their character in my opinion. Nathan left his personal card for the owners stating anything further just give him a call. So I will be referring his company if anyone is in need of a locksmith. At the end of the day he proved to me he honors his word on making it right for the customers. That speaks volumes to me knowing that i am choosing to spend my money with a company that won’t take it for granted.

Answered my call way faster than any other locksmiths. Called to take a wheel lock off a flat tire from a car that I just bought from a local dealership. Dealership didn't provide a wheel lock key. So I called to see if it was even possible for a locksmith to try and take off my wheel lock. All other locksmiths put me on hold for several minutes, said no and hung up. When I called this place, Mandi answered almost immediately. Unlike other locksmiths, she went above and beyond and checked with her superiors. Didn't give me any false expectations, but she was super knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, they weren't able to physically remove the wheel lock off my flat tires, but Mandi gave me some helpful recommendations on other places that may be able to help. No other locksmith even gave me that option. I appreciate Mandi's help. I will definitely call this place for any other lock issues.

PROMPT SERVICE! I called on a Sunday morning to schedule a technician to come out and rekey several locks.
