Fast and friendly staff. Great price for a key I needed cut, that I brought in myself. They were clear about policy and no guarantee it would work since it wasn't their key. It worked and I was happy. In and out within 15 minutes. Will come back again if I ever need a key cut or replacement.

These guys were awesome. They communicated immediately when there was an issue beyond their control that kept them from getting to us on time, and when we accidentally bought the wrong shaped lock they gave us the opportunity to reschedule instead of taking advantage and charging for two visits (they easily could have). Shout out to Brian specifically who explained to my dad how to work his new keypad, and answered all of his questions. I highly recommend them for all your lock and key needs!

I went there and got great service! I have a 2010 Chevy Impala and needed a spare key. They got me 2 spare keys one with a programmed chip and one without for $48! Brian was the employee who helped me, he programmed and made the key within 10 minutes of me being there! Definitely recommend going here!

Great friendly company. I was turned away by two others because they “weren’t available to print a key for me due to the age” of my truck. I walked into bobs and left with 3 brand new keys not 10 minutes later. He even knew what it was and started a conversation on how “I haven’t seen one of these for a while”

It took less than 24hrs for him to make me a key for my motorcycle with nothing but the ignition... and for like $30... can't beat that... it would have been well worth $100... he's surgical with it

Had an issue with a service door not locking in our service department. Called over an hour after closing time, someone picked up right away and were out within 20 minutes. It was an old lock and Brian wasnt familiar with it. It took him 15 minutes to figure it out and get it fixed. Overall, a very pleasant, quick and painless experience. Heading out to take the kids to school & realized I had locked my keys in the vehicle. They were at my place in 20 minutes (we live outside of town) Very friendly. He had it unlocked in a few minutes. The cost was well worth it!

They are great at getting keys made fast. Would give 5 stars except they didnt tell me over the phone that they could only program an ignition chip. Not the chip that controls the doors.

Great service very knowledgeable people working there, got a key made with a look alike key because the key I needed was proprietary more than likely, since he was unsure about weather it would work he just gave it too me (i had to thin it out a bit but it worked!), will definitely go back for any keys I need in the future.

Couldn't get the right key made at Ace so I came here. Not only was it less expensive, but the key was an exact copy. It's not even a standard key. And it didn't have the dumb Ace logo. And it took him only a minute or two. How? I'm coming here every time I need a key made.

I purchased two after market master keys for my 2003 lexus IS 300 online for 20 bucks but when I received them in the mail, i found that NOBODY WOULD TOUCH THEM. "we dont have the insert for lexus" theyd say. Toyota dealership said they wouldnt touch them due to possible inferior metals. I even asked if it were a Lexus oem key blank if theyd cut it and they still said no. they even went so far as to tell me that they called bobs lock and key for me and that bobs wouldnt do it if they didnt sell me the key themselves. Well in a desperate i attempt i later called bobs lock and key myself, explained my situation, and the guy on the phone simply said sure we'll give it a go. Its only 10$ each, worth a shot right? Well this was the only person to give me any hope so i shot on over there, got it done in less than 5 minutes for two keys and they both fit and turned the ignition. Thank you Bobs Lock and Key. You easily saved me a couple hundred dollars and you made a definite future customer the next time i have some locksmith service required!

I was unable to get into my apartment after my keys were locked in my car. The gentleman who unlocked my car for me not only got to me as fast as he could in a snowstorm, he was friendly and made sure to give me a receipt so my insurance company would help with the cost. I hope I don't lock my keys in the car again, but I'd call these guys in a heartbeat.
