My experience with them was beyond great. I manage a private school and we recently had our gate replaced and need the digital locks removed from the pew-existing locks from the old gates and installed them on the new gates. I called them on a Monday and they showed up the next day. They were responsive, prompt, quick and their prices were very reasonable considering the service they provided. I wish I could remember the name of the locksmith technician he was very nice and respectful. I would have given him a tip had I had Cash. I would definitely recommend this service. Best.

Amazing service! Spoke with technician on the phone thinking I had a security issue with my key and needed a new one made, while I was simply instructed to try to lock and unlock my trunk. Worked just fine and I'm back in the road. They charged nothing and saved me a tow expense!

I tried a couple of different car fob programming services to program spare fobs that I purchased for my 2018 ram 3500 that came with one fob. This was my third attempt to get the primary fob copied these guys had good reviews. I setup an appointment and drove into Seattle and they programmed one of the fobs I had and determined that one was bad. I now have a spare fob key. Would use these guys again.

These guys were wonderful. They had my car key blank on hand and cut me a new one lickety split. Both guys at the shop were nice and even answered my ignition quote questions. I was worried that I might have to replace the ignition or something with how wonky it was behaving, so I elected to only replace one of the two broken keys that were being held together by electrical tape. However, when the guy tried the new key, he told me that it was probably just the ignition switch which he mentioned was a pretty easy fix. He made sure that I understood it was a specific part that sometimes gets sold as a whole assembly. He even looked up the part online for me and said it was just two screws! I went ahead and purchased the part and installed it myself and now my ignition fires off on the first turn! I am now going back to these guys to have my second key replaced because I want to give them my business. They really are great!!!

I have a Piaggio motorcycle and I was looking to get a spare key at the dealer Triumph of Seattle. They were able to sell me a remote head key but they couldn't cut the key because it is high security laser cut European style key. So I tried a few different locksmith shops and they cut my key wrong. After some research I was able to find the Seattle Locksmith Security shop and they were able to cut my key correctly and even gave me the option to program it as well!

Jaren Young saved my day! If you read only this : demand this company and save time by going with them FIRST. I waited 8 hours for tow/aaa/ enterprise 13 miles outside the city as everything around me closed on a Sunday night ...with two prior persons not being able to do the locksmith job and recommending tow to dealership ....I was losing hope. As property manager and have used many locksmiths, Jeren @ Seattle Locksmith is best one I have experienced. Even though the lock retrofit took a lot more work and time, he still only charged me what I was quoted. This is very rare in this industry. Many will up charge you. When we experienced some issues afterwards, Jeren came right away and resolved it. Highly recommended.

I went out of my way to go here as I had been here a few times. I was told they could make keys for a lock where the keys were lost. I cam back a few hours later to pick up the lock and was told it was not going to be $7.00 for two new keys but he forgot to tell me he had to re key the lock and it was now an additional $40.00. Unless this lock does not work when I install it, I will NEVER go back there again, EVER. I am only puttin puttin g1 star bacause I have to. UPDATE: They contacted me ad shared their side of the situration. While I was still not thrilled with the surprise, I appreciate being contacted, their professionalism and continual follow up. All is good.

Not happy..called with a bedroom lockout..was told service fee was $29 "and to unlock door would not be much more"..when locksmith arrived was told total cost including service fee would be $159...had company honestly quoted price at the start would not have done buisness with them seeing that i had had this service done before for $79 by another locksmith....was 8pm and needed door so was stuck with paying high price..........6/26 Owner call me when notified of problem and went above and beyond to make things right regarding job...very pleased with result and great customer service shown me

OK place to get your keys made. They where the only ones near by that can do "laser" cut (more like a plunge router cut). Cost was $25. Since its not in a good neighborhood, you need to be buzzed into the shop.
