Just had all my locks done on my home yesterday. It was a big job and Mikey completed it within 4-5 hours. He was super professional & knowledgeable and was upfront with me on the price every step. I was happy Mikey was available to come out the same day I called. I would definitely use this company in the future and even recommended them to my landlord who owns a bunch of rental properties. Great job guys, thank you.

Mikey was amazing! He went above and beyond!!! Even when he was having issues with things he was persistent on ensuring he figured out how to get the right key to unlock the door. Key broke in ignition on 12/2 and I gave them a call. The service itself was super fast and arrived in about 30-45 minutes. However, I will say that the locksmith that showed up was definitely trying to hustle on pricing even though he was friendly. On the phone we were told the transportation fee would be $35 (if I remember correctly if you are the owner please correct me if I'm wrong on this pricing) which I was okay with. The locksmith shows up and says to take the key out it will be $215 and to have a new key made on site it would be $350 I said that I had a spare key and that onsite key making would not be required. After removing the key from the ignition he then said I can make you a new one and we can call it $300, again I said no. After that he said okay so $215 + the + $35 mobile fee + $25 WA tax it comes out to $275 ($290 with my tip because he did take those keys out with pliers in less than 3 minutes I guess) . The card machine then shows options for a TIP?! Feeling a bit of pressure I did tip 15 bucks but businesses really need to stop with that option. I appreciated the service when I needed it but be more honest with your pricing methods and include mobile service and WA state from the get go. Also don't high ball something and then drop it by $50 dollars. It could have just been this individual locksmith but regardless I find it to be shiesty even if he was polite otherwise.

Preston, my locksmith, was professional, communicative, knowledgeable, competent, innovative, and prepared. The hole where the deadbolt lock sits was not standard size, so he drilled my metal door to the correct size and installed the lock I had picked out on my own. Every time he saw a potential issue, he brought up his concerns and provided several options to solve the problem. While the job was slightly pricey, the quality work was well worth the money spent. 10/10 would recommend!

Cody was the locksmith who unlocked my front door. Promptly arrived and was very professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable and explained what type of lock was being worked on (an old house) and explained the tools he was using and how he planned to unlock the door. It wasn't easy but he was successful in a timely manner. I would ask for Cody should I need a locksmith in the future.

They were very prompt and professional in providing a new generic key fob for my vehicle. However, five weeks later the fob stopped working. I replaced the battery in it, but it still didn't work. I explained this when I placed a new service call, and was told three times over the next 24 hours, "We'll have a technician get right back to you." Without ever speaking to me, the technicians continued to believe it was a battery issue and ignored my request. It took several follow-up calls, but the technician finally came out and quickly addressed the problem. The technicians are helpful and professional, but there are some issues with their management of service requests.

I was able to get same day service to have all of our external locks rekeyed after recently purchasing a my first home. The locksmith (Preston) patiently explained the process and prices and also some of the technology behind the locks. He took the time to clean the locks in addition to rekeying them and he walked me through the house to check all of the locks together before he left. Great service!

I don't normally leave reviews but these guys were amazing!! Chris was just closing up shop last night and I had locked my keys in my car across the street. He had me back into my car in minutes and did it all with a smile! I didn't even know there were actual locksmiths left in Downtown Seattle and I thought good customer service was a thing of the past! I would give these guys 10 Stars if I could! Highly recommend!
