Wow!!! I was blown away by the awesome service provided by The Lock Shop. I had been to several other places who weren’t able to help duplicate a key with a chip for me, and these guys were extremely helpful, swift, and prepared. Highly highly recommend, went out of my way to get here and I’m SO glad I did.

Wanted to replace a lost car fob. Called around and experienced sticker shock! The prices were higher than I expected. When I called The Lock Shop, I explained what I needed. Their price for the fob ended up being about half of the dealer and other sources. Professional, knowledgeable locksmiths priced right!

Excellent, caring, high quality service. Quality of keys made were the highest my wife and I have ever experienced, working smoothly the very first time. Covid-19 safety environment was perfect and my wife noticed he cleaned ALL surfaces that she touched, including the door handles as she left! Cannot give a higher review.

I had my car key copied at The Lock Shop in N.Kingstown, RI. They were then very pleasant and professional. Months later, I got the key wet...Ugghh...I thought it would cost me another $150. I called the shop and Andrew(?) suggested that I open the key and inset the components in rice for a week. Afraid I would break it, trying to open it, I asked if I could bring it all to the shop. "Sure!", he said. He helped me with the task which resulted in a cost of ZERO Dollars! Out of the rice after a week, I had brought it back. He put it back together for me, tested it, and charged me Nothing. Talk about an old fashioned small business style of genuinely concerned customer service/tech people!

This is my go to place for all my locksmith needs. Staff are friendly and are always willing to answer all of my questions. I’ve used the mobile (emergency) service previously and that was also exceptional. Technicians were on time, well dressed, and courteous. 12/23/2020 - Another excellent experience at the Lock Shop today. The staff made me three Key FOBs for my Dodge Grand Caravan. The staff were friendly and eager to help. Took less than 15 minutes. In and out. Thanks to everyone for the fantastic.
