I didn't know this place existed until today, but I am SO happy that I know now! I needed a copy of my car key, which Ace charges $90 for. I Googled car key copies and Security Lock & Door came up in my search results. For $35 I got a perfect copy of my car key in no time and the lady that duplicated my key was so friendly and helpful.

Robin helped me replace a key FOB for a Chevy Cruze. It took a few days to order a replacement but that’s quicker than the time quoted by the dealership. As soon as the key arrived, I received a phone call and was in and out in minutes. Price was again better than quoted by the dealership. No issues what so ever using the key FOB over the past week or two. All in all it was a positive experience and I would recommend anyone needing a new key for their vehicle to try here first.

Got my motorcycle key copied here. The lady was courteous and even told me the key itself had a code embedded and to store it safely for future if I were to ever lose a key. She made the key and asked me to return for a new one if it didn't work. Looks like they are set up pretty good. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Professional demeanor.

Security Lock & Door Inc. is by far the best locksmith company I’ve had the pleasure to deal with! My cousin and her 2 young children are in from Ohio visiting and as my cousin loaded up her vehicle to visit a family member, her suv unexpectedly locked all doors while it was still running. This usually doesn’t happen to vehicles and luckily her young boys were still in n my home but she couldn’t enter her running vehicle because the spare key was in her purse which was already in the car. She frantically told me what happened so I called around for local locksmiths. She had been given a quote by Geico road side assistance 90 minutes for someone to come out. When I called Security Lock, Robin in the office, at first had nobody available. Within 5 minutes called me back letting me know she got someone to come to my home right away to fix the problem. Greg showed up within 10 minutes, was professional, kind and had her car unlocked in 10 minutes. This experience was very incredible to me especially since my cousin deals with severe anxiety and they made this process smooth and calming for her. I personally will refer Security Lock & Door to anyone in our community!! Thank you Robin & Greg for your incredible kindness and professionalism!

I cannot day enough good things about this place. Both Robin and Greg were SO nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I lost my only car key in a moment of pregnancy-brain and they were able to make me two new ones at a really fair price. And they put the work in too....no joke. First round of keys wouldn’t work, second round with the alt. Coding didn’t either. Greg had me bring in my trunk lock to fasten the third round and they work like a charm. They were so willing to go above and beyond, and never once tried to pressure me into the more expensive options like on-site creation (aka coming to my car) or the remote key option... nor did they charge me more for all the additional leg work. Price quoted was price paid. Next time I need anything key/lock related I’m definitely coming back.
