The guy they sent out, Steve, re-keyed our outdoor doors and even moved some of the old outside locks to interior doors so each room had its own private key. Danny was professional and got the job done fast. Pop a lock did a new lock cylinder 6 months ago. Call them they did not honor there work. Danny fixed it cheaper and I was happy with the service highly recommended.

I was locked out of my home for more than an hour. It was over 100° and after trying many different options that didn't pan out I finally decided to call a locksmith. I was so worried about how much it would cost because it was an unexpected expense I really didn't plan on. Ethan from Call Orange gave me an awesome rate that no one else could beat. There was another locksmith I had called prior to Ethan that showed up after I tried to cancel. I told him I found a better rate, and didn't want to go with his service anymore. This other locksmith tried to charge me a cancellation fee, and told me that he wanted to do the job or I would need to pay a fee. Ethan from Call Orange had a lot of integrity. After seeing us go back and forth, he said he would do the job for free and I could pay the other locksmith his cancellation fee. The other locksmith said Ethan wouldn't be able to get my lock open because it was a very difficult type of lock. Ethan got it open in a few short minutes. All in all Ethan was amazing and I was happy with his professionalism and service. I ended up paying him anyway because he was willing to do the right thing. I would call him again but hopefully it's not anytime soon.
