Awesome customer service. Showed up last week for a simple key duplication and saw the shop was temporarily closed due to being on a service call. Luckily, an employee was still sitting in one of their vehicles and saw me looking confused at the sign in the window. He asked me if I needed help and ran in to make me two copies of my key before leaving for his service call. Super nice, helpful, and professional. I will definitely be back here for all my key needs in the future (much better than dealing with the Big Box stores). Thank you so much again for your help that day. About 2 weeks ago, I went to change the battery in my car FOB for my Mazda 2 - the whole thing cracked and broke. I called the Mazda dealership to see about getting a new key/ FOB and they quoted a cost of almost $400.00 (ridiculous!!!). I called Locksmith Philly - and they were able to cut a new key and program the car doors for less than half of what the dealership wanted. They worked quite efficiently and competently and together as a team with one guy cutting the new key in a new FOB - and another guy programming the car doors. They were pleasant, polite, efficient and fair. I would definitely recommend.

Locksmith Philly was able to address a problem about a broken door handle that another locksmith company couldn't because "they didn't have the right stuff on the truck." Before sending out someone out, they made sure to order anything that might be needed to fix the problem and fixed the problem once the parts had come in. I made an appointment to have my locks changed on a Friday evening and my appointment was Saturday morning. The person on the phone was friendly and accommodating. My locksmith Georgie was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He was patient and friendly. My toddler also really likes him. The service was quick, efficient and neatly done. Asking them to send the receipt to the email address or phone number I gave after making the payment. The guy told me that he sent it to to the contact he found on the Square app, which I have never used. I told him again the email address and phone number but never received it. Called again but only had a rude answer that he was going to send it. But never receive it. A dishonest business is not trustworthy. -- Finally receive the receipt after several days and multiple requests. I am changing the rating from 1 to 3.

I never would've thought that I would use this word to describe a worker at a locksmith facility, but the word that comes to mind when I think of Alexander at Locksmith Philly (2nd and Fairmount) would be "Compassionate". He truly does have a genuine concern for the customer, and as long as he's behind that desk, I'll be a loyal customer. Hats off! Provided a much needed backup key for my Milan.

I am still in a daze of happiness. I looked for a locksmith for a key to my car saw Locksmith Philly read the reviews. Called they took my info and Leo called me back in 5 min and was at my house in 20 min and took 10 min to make a Key for my car. And the price as less than 1/2 of what the dealership was charging me. All the good reviews on this business were totally on point! I would give them a 10 on a scale of 5!! Very professional and very knowledgeable; this is so hard to find these days. He was prompt and I always reached someone directly when I called. I was so apprehensive about having my lock changed at the last minute because it has all these features and I'm expecting a lot of traffic this coming week, but after meeting him, I put all my concerns to rest. There were a lot of problems with my installation due to a damaged "new" lock and previous poor workmanship, but he assured me he would come back today after I went out and bought a replacement, and he did. In addition, he corrected the misaligned holes on the door and frame, and fixed the latch on my handle. All this took a least double the estimated time so I expected the cost to go up, but it didn't. When I offered him additional money, he refused (so add trustworthy to the list). By the way, the cost was much less than I expected, very reasonable. I am so happy with the workmanship and so excited that I have a locksmith for all my future projects.

Customer service is the Best!! We have a very unusual lock and unusually long keys. We have had keys made from everywhere for our house and they just spin and spin in the door. Leo came to our house to take a look and manually filed down a key to the correct size so it would work in our lock. He came quickly and was extremely helpful! 5 stars!

After locking my keys in my truck which is something that has never happened to me before in any vehicle, I was desperate to getting a locksmith to immediately come over and unlock the door for me and was amazed at just how honest the people at Locksmith Philly can be, where I was being over charged in many other places simply because of it being a commercial truck vehicle the kind gentlemen over at locksmith philly was able to stay firm at a set price that I could work with since before arriving which set a huge relief for me, and after arriving the gentlemen managed to get my door unlocked in just under 30 seconds, that was an amazing experienced not to mention just how friendly and informative they are, I will definitely be using their services if I ever find myself locked out again.
