It was SO easy to get keys made. I needed 2 different keys made for 2 doors, and it made them nicely. I was able to just buff the burred edges with a sanding sponge when I got home, and they worked perfectly.

Very cool I was able to use a kiosk to create a duplicate copy of my key. Maybe took 5 minutes total. Would definitely use again if we need another copy!

At first I was hesitant to use the service... and when I did my first key, I was concerned that it did not appear to be an exact match. The duplicated key was missing some of the small bumps/tips my original key had. I called the Toll Free number and talked to support. They asked if I paid he extra fee for a smoother cut. I said I did and was informed that service removes those items on the key and that assured me that the key will work fine. And it did. So I duplicated another 8 keys. Great service. I have had keys done by locksmiths using the old school duplicator and had problems requiring jiggling and such to open the lock. Everyone of the duplicated keys using this service have worked flawlessly!

I got 3 keys all the same copied 2 out of the 3 work great. I contacted them and with in 40 min I had a response and a refund for the third key that didn't work. Let me just say wow!!!! Blown away by there service I will definitely be back. Thank you

It was self service and even though I wasn’t familiar with this type of service or program-and I’m a little advanced age, where I was a little nervous to try it out- the service, machine and instructions were easy enough for even me to use. I would now be comfortable using it again anytime. It took a bit to make them- but probably not any longer than a real person doing the service. I had 4 duplicate made, in different designs, I used the little brush insertion site after each was finished to clean them up a bit, and when I tried them at the house- they were all perfect. A new experience for me and after the initial fear of something knew and unknown, I find it to be a pretty cool little machine and program.

Needed duplicate keys for my office and the original was a pretty rare model. Could not do order on site. The machine took my order and in 3 days it was delivered. Price was reasonable too.

I love the fact there is a location I can make copies of my keys. I would love it more if the keys were available physically instead of being mailed. But that is a small delay.
