Brought a key from Ada that they kept saying would 'be in next week' to finally have a key made but didn't bring vehicle as it's my ex's, but was totally honest about liking have the vehicle there to test both door & ignition. Sure enough ignition works but not door... unknown outcome through ex but anyone who's honest, especially in service industry nowadays is a rarity so I highly recommend this place!

I've used Don's several times and have always been happy with their level of service, but today they hit it out of the park. Of course, the night before our holiday travel, we realized that the person who ransacked our vehicle stole our Thule box keys. We needed the box for our trip and were stuck. I went by Don's, and they found the key and made it within an hour. Mind you, they were swamped and didn't think they could get to it, but they came through. That level of customer service is so rare.

Went in last week to get a couple automotive keys copied. Service was fast and good customer service. Made an appointment to have them come out to do a rekey on the house and the gentleman (Shawn) was on time quick and very friendly. The cost was very reasonable and the service was beyond superb. If you are needing locksmith assistance this is the place. Side note employees should get birthdays off. And no he didn't tell me to say that. 🤣

I highly recommend using Don's Lock Shop if you want quick and efficient service.The locksmith was friendly, knowledgeable and had strong work ethics. When I walked into their shop to have 10 keys made, the locksmith asked a few questions and thought it best to drive over to the building to check that all keys would unlock the doors smoothly. He tested each key and was able to reuse 6 and only needed to have 4 new ones made. Thank you for taking the extra step to ensure good quality work.

This had too be the best experience I have ever had, locking my keys in the car. It was the 1st night of the bad ice storm last week threw my keys in the car and locked it. I called DONS they gave me a quote that was cheaper than others in town, all the others would not give me a set price. The guy told me 20 minutes he pulled up in 19 minutes. We were locked out of our house by our 5yr old on a Sunday evening (after 7PM), and Don's was the first/only locksmith we could find that was open and willing to come out. There was a delay in their arrival (car trouble, no fault of theirs), and our locks turned out to be a bear to crack. However, they did get the job done and despite our insistence they refused to take payment because of the delays. They certainly earned their fee, but I do appreciate that level of customer service. They were very friendly and professional. We will absolutely use Don's again if needed in the future and will recommend them any chance we get!

I went to start my Ford Fusion and my flip key broke off. Called Dons and they were able to order one and get it in about a week. Exactly a week later I got a call from Dons and went in and got the key cut and programmed. Even in these weird times I could not be happier through the whole process. Went by to get a new front door key made. Don's had a great selection of key to choose from. They were very nice and only took a minute. Also, the keys are guaranteed to work!I had made a key at a walmart kiosk earlier and it did not work at all, and had no way to get refund or replacement. Don's is much better than any kiosk!

My car had been running for 4 hours with the keys locked inside. The whole time I had been trying to get in myself with no luck. I finaly called Don's and they were on the site under 5 minutes. (I was close) The locksmith was verry personable and polite and had the car unlocked verry fast. If it says anything I called at 8:03 and he finished and was gone by 8:18 He also went above and beyond the call of duty with recommendations and helpful tools and tricks for the future. Austin was the man of the day! Week, month! As a first time mom and my first day back away from son, you can imagine the day. I managed to lock important items in a room, including car keys and my tool to feed my baby! I called obviously crying and austin came out promptly...and quickly got the door unlocked to save the day! Would definitely call Dons again if lock services are needed. I broke my car key in half. Service tech answered the phone immediately at 9:30PM, gave me my options, showed up 20 minutes later to where my car was parked, cut my new key in about 5 minutes, and charged almost half of what the first guy we called would have. Gave us the plain key he cut with the old chip attached to it so we would also have an emergency key. He also wrote our key code on the invoice in case we want to get another one cut. He turned a bad night into a better one!

If i could give a 10 star rating I would. The dealership told me my ignition was unrepairable and that it would cost a 1100.00 for parts and labor. after some thought and trying to weigh out my options I decided to call Don's for a second opinion, i explained my situation and they explained that it should be easily repairable without replacing the entire igintion and that 4 out of the the 5 service calls they take are for the same issue i was having. The techinician repaired it in under 15 minutes which he told me was unheard of and that it usually takes over an hour and it only cost a 140.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. My key broke out of my key fob while traveling for Labor Day weekend, and I called countless dealerships for assistance on getting the car to still start (I could still turn the key with a wrench), but with no luck. With the help of some duct-tape, I was able to make it home and to Don's Mobile Lock Shop. They didn't have my exact key fob in stock, but were able to make a similar one work. I would have paid $60 more if I had gone to one of the dealerships. They were incredibly helpful and kind, and even showed me how I could have started the car with the key and fob separated (the exact thing I had called the dealerships about). I wish I would have just called them the moment it happened. It would have saved me hours of trouble!
