We just rented a uhaul trailer from this location. The girl working the front desk was very friendly and the check in process only took about 10 minutes. Then, the owner came out to help us hook up the trailer. We had some problems with the ball hitch, but he was so helpful and patient, even bringing out some of his own tools to help us.
