Leo was great! We bought the new August smart lock and we needed the lock and new door handles installed. We also needed the hole in the door frame adjusted because our locks always stick. He came to my house to do an estimate the same day I called him and was able to do the work the next day. We called a few other locksmiths in the area to do a price comparison , most of them wouldn't do in person estimates and the prices they were quoting us over the phone was more than double what Leo charged! Leo was professional, friendly and wore a mask the whole time. He also gave us a military discount. Being a military family, finding a business that offers military discounts is a huge plus! You'd be surprised how many businesses don't offer military discounts. Highly recommend Leo, overall great service!

I called Affordable Locksmith Queens after coming home and finding that I couldn't open my door. They answered pretty much on the first ring and asked what my problem was. I gave my address and they were here pretty quick. Leo was great. He tried getting the door open without needing to replace the lock. Alas, he had to drill the lock and replace it. I'm not surprised as it looked ancient. I was extremely happy with his friendly professional efficient service. The price was reasonable as well given the following 1) an emergency on a Sunday night, 2) quick service, 3) he took the old lock with him, and 4) there was no mess. Plus, he test the new lock and had me try it before leaving. He also explained what was wrong. This is my first ever review for anything. That's how happy I was with the service and Leo. Now I know who to call if I need a locksmith! I highly recommend this business and Leo.

Leo is the best! He removed an old lock that was in this door for 30 years plus, and he put a new lock in, lined it up right and everything works perfectly. He showed up right on time exactly when we agreed to, he completed the job with a high level of professionalism and kindness. I will be trusting him to handle all my future locksmithing jobs from now on. I previously called another company to do a similar job and they were awful, guy showed up an hour late and overcharged me for nothing but then I called Leo's company and it restored my faith in honest business owners who care about their customers. I just moved to a new apartment so needed a brand new lock I called a few places based o google reviews until i came across affordable by Far he has the cheapest rates. is a new door so the locksmith had to make a hole on the door for the lock, the other locksmith will charge an extra fee for that. affordable charge one fee for making the hole on the door plus the lock, and it was a good price the service was great I'm very pleased give this guy a try very friendly Too.
