My car keys were stolen and I needed a new car keys to drive back home. At this moment I’m completely overwhelmed because I can’t find a locksmith with the type of key for my car. I got in contact with Chris from Royal Locksmith, he had the type of key I needed and had amazing communication. Chris provided amazing customer service he called me back to confirm he had the key I needed and arrived to my location within 20 minutes and completing the job in less than an hour! I recommend this company because the are honesty and fast service !

So Fast! So Easy! We had a key for one of our company vehicles that was so worn down from use, it was as thin as a sheet of tin foil. When it finally stopped working I was kind of worried we would be stuck and have to change the locks. Maybe that's nuts but with high tech keys who knows. Anyway, I called Royal Locksmith and they were there in maybe 10 minutes. A guy named Payton arrived and we laughed at my sorry looking nub of a key. He said, "No Problem" and I had two new keys in my hand about 10 minutes later. He even lubed the lock cylinders so everything works like new. It was funny comparing the old key to the new one. He was amazed it even worked at all. Payton was great, super friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend them for lightning fast response, great work, and friendly service.

I received a vehicle lockout service with Corey and recorded a 1 star review after seeing results of damage to my vehicle. He was able to unlock my car and retrieve my keys ($80), but the there was a large and noticeable gap in my door frame where water and wind can easily come through. Contacted the Corey and the company about the issue and was happy with the quick responses and communication. They came back out to fix the gapping in my door by bending it back in place. 3 stars for the purpose of my lockout service and their great communication, but I did not expect this 20 minute service to extend over 3 days.

I tried hiring a different locksmith to replace the sticky lock on my security gate. Was initially given a quote of $350 by this other company, and then their technician never showed up. When somebody else from this company finally called, he told me the work would now cost $700! I said, “No, thanks.” So I called and left a message with Royal. A locksmith called me back immediately after I left a message, went to the house within the hour, and fixed the lock (it only needed repaired, not replaced) at a fair price. I’m very satisfied with their service and their work, and I recommend them highly!

He arrived in record time and saved me a mountain of stress (I had just put egg rolls in the oven when I locked myself out, and he got the door open in time to salvage them without my oven starting a fire… phew!) I called the company at 5pm and Travis was there in about 10 minutes. He asked for my drivers license to make sure I was owner and proceeded to fix two locks in under 30 minutes.Travis was polite and professional and efficient. I did think the price was going to be 50 dollars less - but that was my only issue. I should have asked for sure beforehand but all things considered, Royal is a solid company and Travis delivers fast and reliable service. When youre in need of a key for a house, or car, call them. We definitely will be more careful of where our keys are - but glad to know there are good companies like Royal to help fast when we need them.

I was leaving my office for the day and locked myself out of my private office. I pulled up "locksmiths" from my phone and Royal Locksmiths came up. I called them, and the dispatcher picked up immediately and asked me how she could help. I told her the problem, gave her my location and she said she would put me in touch with one of her technicians. Forrest called me and told me he would be there in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later Forrest called me and was at my office. I would say a good 30 seconds later he had the door open to my private office. it took only 20 minutes for the locksmith to arrive and he was very professional and courteous. He showed me his professional ID badge and photo immediately upon greeting me. He then explained the method he would use to attempt to open my door while also trying to preserve the integrity of the lock. Unfortunately, the lock was very strong, so he explained he would have to drill it to disrupt the pins and then install a new lock. That process took less than 10 minutes, and voila! I was in my house again. He gave me a fair price for the emergency call and replacement. I was very impressed overall with the service and extremely relieved to get into my house to my awaiting, hungry pets!

Joe took the time to check on my other locks and knobs and suggested upgrading based on their condition to prevent a similar situation occurring in the future.
