I damaged my original Chevy key and had to get a duplicate. The dealership was charging me $300+ and another key place was charging me $250+.....by far ABC locks and Key had the most affordable price under $150! I'm so glad I checked them out after googling places. The front desk receptionist was kind, the service was fast and easy. I was in and out. I definitely recommend this business for future keys. Hit them up!

The previous key I had for my vehicle broke in half. Yikes! I contacted ABC lock and the owner stated he could make another key for me for a very reasonable price. I called around and other places were higher. Nasir was the technician I worked with and he was extremely friendly and professional. He worked quickly and had my. new key ready within less than 15 minutes and he went the extra mile by offering to get out the part of the old key that was lodged in my trunk key opening. Great guy! Would definitely go to ABC Lock again and highly recommend it to others.

If your are looking for trustworthy honest professional work, then look no further. I had a deadbolt lock broken for the front door of my house. I reached out to ABC locksmith and they said someone would be out at 6:30pm. The technician Daban arrived on time and was extremely courteous and efficient. He asked what services I needed and informed me of my options. He did not try and up-sell me anything that I did not need which is very rare. I have had bad experiences in the past with dealing with a locksmith that will say a bunch of locksmith jargon so you don't feel safe then they pressure you for a service you don't need and take so long as they chit chat with you to drive up the price. Daban was in and out in under 30min. He removed the broken lock replaced my lock and re-keyed it to fit my old keys. All while offering affordable prices. So if your looking for a good and reliable locksmith call up ABC Lock and Key and see if they can send out Daban to you.

I lost my key fob to my Nissan Sentra that’s a push start. I called around and all the prices I got were so high. I almost got ripped off by one guy. So I was definitely gun shy about finding some else. ABC lock and key is super professional, very reasonable prices and so very friendly when they came out! Didn’t take him long to get me a new one and get it working. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new key! I’ll will be using them again if I ever have to in the future!

Friendly staff that act like they want to help. I have a subaru and had purchased a genuine subaru key + fob online. I had already been to 3 other places. The other places did not have the equipment with them. One place suggested to come back the next day, but his attitude showed he didn't really want to help. I also already had another locksmith who had came to my house earlier that day to cut and program the key (my make and model cannot be programmed like the older model subaru's), but for whatever reason, he could not cut a replica right to where the ignition would turn over before cutting on the actual key. I was already annoyed by the time I got to ABC Lock & Key. They didn't have the equipment with them either, but the guy who did was there in less than 15 mins. Had the key cut and programmed in 10 mins. And to top it off, it was for a reasonable price ($50 - this did not include the key. A genuine OEM key can cost above $100 depending on the make and model). Now I can't promise that it will be $50 to program every type of key. I say this is reasonable because the first guy was going to charge me $100 and dealers will try to charge $300-$500. This is a reputable lock smith and will have my business from here on out if I ever need any lock smith service here in Nashville.

Although parking is difficult, the staff at ABC Lock and key is very professional and friendly. They do the work well and even came out to make sure the key worked without any difficulty. The reproduction of my key was cheaper than I thought it would be. I would definitely highly recommend.

I had my car/house keys stolen last night. Called ABC lock and key this morning, was able to get a quote we agreed upon before they arrived, (have had to use a lock smith before and was surprised when looking at the invoice, many hidden charges I was not expecting.) They arrived very shortly after I got off the phone with them and quickly got into my car and replaced the key and fod. While the car key was being reset, they went through and changed all four locks for the doors in my house. Service took maybe 30 minutes. Very impressed and relieved is was so easily resolved. Highly recommend ABC Lock and Key, amazing customer service and great price!

Tremendous experience with this company. I was traveling from out of town and lost my only set of keys to my car. I called after 5 p.m. and my call was immediately answered and within minutes I had a quote that was very reasonable to replace my keys. Hannah was very helpful and very courteous. Let me tell you, this guy is the best. Absolutely the most genuine and nicest person I have dealt with for my lock problems. I have had to call this man on 2 separate occasions and he has helped me superbly every time and always gave me a very fair price. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars, he is great. The last time he helped me, he had changed out my broken ignition in less then 4 hours and that was without an appointment at the very last minute. I am ever so grateful I didn't have to miss a single day of work either.

These guys are absolutely perfect locksmiths. Extremely hard working and highly interested in customer satisfaction. They made me 2 keys for my Acura TL for $90 programmed and tested the keys to make sure they work. They were very generous at answering all of my questions and did all the work in less than 15 minutes. Going to a different locksmith would be a mistake! Please go to this one!

Washed my only set of car keys and they worked but only to start and drive the car. I asked for two new keys programmed and it cost me half of what one key at the dealership would cost. Not only that but the customer service was fantastic and when I arrived they immediately offered a bottle of water and for me to sit and relax while the work was complete. Total time in and out with two new keys was less than 20 minutes. Can't recommend more. .

This place is great. I just moved to Nashville, TN from California and needed to get a spare key for my Toyota Corolla 2006. They took good care of me and my key. No problems and less than 5 minutes. These guys are good at what they do.

After losing my keys and locking myself out, I searched yelp and regrettably called a competitor that said they'd be out in 20 minutes. The other guy fidgeted with my lock for close to a half hour and gave up by saying my lock had anti theft features and couldn't be picked. I then called ABC Lock and they said it'd be no problem they'd be over in 10/15 mins. Sure enough I can't say enough good things about their one technician Yasir. That guy is an absolute rockstar. In 2 quick steps he popped open my door in less than 2 mins. Highly recommend ABC. Great prices and great people, don't go anywhere else!

I bought a house but was not given keys to the outside security door so I wanted to get keys made or the lock replaced. I called ABC and they asked me to text a picture of the lock. They said they wouldn't be able to make keys but could come out and replace the lock for $130. I asked if it would be cheaper to bring the lock to them and they said that would only cost $60. So I brought the lock in and ended up paying $35 for a replacement lock with 2 keys. I was very happy to the job done and at much less than the original estimate.

After a long days work and getting home at eleven o'clock in the evening, imagine my surprise coming home to only realize hat I had left my key inside and was now locked out!!! Thanks to Abc Lock & Key my what could of been a completely dreadful experience ended with a delightful customer experience. While on vacation in Nashville, my key fob broke off while the key was still in it. I called ABC and they had me drive to their office. The owner got the key out and worked for over an hour and a half on it. He made another key and tried to program it, but was unsuccessful due to it being a VW. He gave me the extra key and didn't charge me for it. He didn't even charge for his time.
