Stopped in with a spare key fob for 18 Ford F350 that would not start the vehicle. They figured out the original key was reprogramed during a service and then had the spare ready to go in about 10 minutes for around $45. Good deal and fast service!

Needed to have an exterior door rekeyed at my residence. Called a number of places that weren't very professional and weren't willing to give me an estimate over the phone. One of them came to give me a quote in person and it seemed really high. First I called, I was informed they were booked and I was not going to be able to get an appointment for a few days. Since my situation was not dire, I decided to stay with Whitlow and I am glad I did! On that day the locksmith came in the AM on time and was very polite, I had my lock fixed very quickly. The specific part I needed was on hand and I had not sent any information about my lock ahead of time. After the lock was fixed, he tried it several times to get the feel right. The lock looked great to me, however the locksmith was not happy and made an adjustment that took less than 5 minutes. That extra check made it clear he was treating it as if it was his own! A lock that I have been wrestling with to get closed and opened, functions orgasmicly smooth!

I'm very impressed with this locksmith. When we lost our main ignition key for our 2004 Lexus we only had an emergency flat "wallet" key to start and run the vehicle. I bought an uncut/unprogrammed key on EBAY but could not find a locksmith that would cut it for a reasonable price. The technician at Whitlow's was able to cut and program my new key in less than 10 minutes while I waited in the lobby. Problem solved - the new key works great. The very reasonable price was about 1/3 of what the Lexus dealer wanted.

Awesome, quick service. I had a motorcycle with no key, the service technician at this location helped me track the key number on the bike. The key number was looked up and replacements could be made. I arrived just after closing, which was no big deal to me. I got back to my vehicle and was about to leave. A shop worker stopped me in the parking lot and told me that they could still help me! Even after they were technically closed, I was able to get two new keys made. This was great and I would recommend their service to anyone! I wish more shops operated like Whillow's.

They have had 2 get into 2 different models and types of safe as the years progressed, technology improved and prices dropped. The people at Whitlow's Security are ahead of the Internet and if you have a question or 10 they happily give accurate current information. Stop in if you need specific items, they are great at pointing us in the right direction if they do not carry the item. They are a SPECIALTY Professional Business so I do recommend to call ahead due to Covid-19. The restrictions are different at every business, so I go in with mask and gloves still keep safe distance. Called Whitlow's and it was so much less expensive that I was able to get another remote control transmitter key and a regular transmitter key for over $100 less that the one key at the dealership! Do you need a lock, safe, or a key made? This is the place to go. Service is quick and friendly. I needed a laser cut key for a car for. It took 10 minutes. Other places wanted to make appointments. The store is facing Greenfield, but go around the building and enter from the larger parking area off the alley. The entire wall behind the long counter is full of key blanks! Impressive. But more importantly, there are sufficient staff to handle customers, so no wasted time. This has just become my go-to store for security needs.

I had Greg as the mechanic. He was excellent and efficient. Seemed honest and only fixed what needed fixing--didn't try to sell me something more than I needed. (I had two locks that I needed replaced and made to work off one key). So from purely a service and mechanic perspective--EXCELLENT. The cost...that was a bit of a surprise. $160 for two lock cores to be replaced. $60 for the trip charge and that charge is in addition to anything else being done. So because of cost, I had to dial back my rating. I should mention that I called for an appointment and they came within an hour--and not a rush fee. Loved the quick response--would hate to know what a rush/emergency fee is.

I had a flip-out (key that folds into your remote) key for a 2003 VW Jetta that snapped due to the cold. I was worried I wood have to go to the dealer and pay over $200 for a new key with a mobilizer. For only $95, Whitlow created a new key for my car with an immobilizer chip just like my original key did. They even put some lubricant in my lock at no extra cost. I liked the new key better since it doesn't fold out and has a lower chance of breaking now when I try to turn a frozen lock on my car; it has more leverage! Had it not been for the short in my remote, they would've been able to program it to my car again!

Been emailing Kyle off and on for 2 weeks because I just bought a used car with NO key fob. Asked Kyle questions with him always answering me back promptly, because this was the first time ever I had a car with a key fob!! Had to buy my fob online (import) due to the HIGH cost a dealer wants! Got my fob, went to Kyle and he programmed my fob in 5 minutes! Great prices, can cut/copy virtually any key. Can make barrel keys, motorcycle keys (even Harley Davidson) also chip keys. Honda keys at the dealership are expensive and Whitlow's can make them cheaper. Around $20.00 cheaper. I would sooner go here than anywhere else if I needed a copy of a key. Also they have all sorts of locks and security products.

Waukesha Business, Whitlow's to the rescue. Whitlow's is the best, I will drive from Waukesha to West Allis to work with Whitlow's. Our commercial lock broke on our exterior door, couldn't exit thru the door for our employees.
