THAT KEY WOULD NOT GO IN! This was on a Sunday. It was very cold and that key would not go in. I called and he gave me suggestions. Explained it so well! Told me patience was involved. I called him back and told him, I loved him! Cost: APPRECIATION FOR GOOD PEOPLE! Thank you!

So I called and they did their short assessment of my situation, took my information and said they would call me back within the hour. The locksmith called me past the hour, and I wasn't near the property. So I get to the property and I just wanted to try my key one more time and I happened to get my garage door open with my key that didn't work the night before while the locksmith was getting out of his car. Then he says, we'll I still have to charge you the full $85 because I showed up. And I looked at him thinking that information wasn't divulged during my initial conversation. So I said, but you didn't even get out of the car and I was able to get it opened. He says look, just meet me halfway, just give me $40. I agreed. All I have to say at the end of this is please as,a business, make sure not to forget to mention important information such as, " there is a charge just for showing up, even if we don't perform any service ". No problem.

My wife misplaced her Key Fob so I contacted A1 Security to see what they could do. The person who answered the phone and I apologize for not getting his name was very professional and obtained all of the information needed to assist me. I even had to text over of information and I text many questions. Every text I sent was responded to. The specific Key Fob for my vehicle was ordered and arrived overnight. The technician Ray arrived to my residence to perform the service and he was very prompt, he arrived at the time he said he would. He was very courteous and professional. I was surprised how fast he finished the programming of the key. Ray & A1 Security, keep up the good work. I recommend A1 Security for all security needs , you will not be disappointed. I have saved about $200.00 by using A1 Security instead of going to the Dealer. Great Job!

I purchase a key phobe for my truck from A-1 Security and they did not let me down. I was very pleased with the service.....now fast forward months later and I thought it was broken because I changed the battery but it still wouldn't work. I took it back the A-1 and he tested it and replaced my battery for me, not to mention it was after hours. So if you need any assistance with a lockout or key replacement call and ask for Johnny (he helped me).

Great service. I came in with a blank key that I bought offline. Dodge wanted to charge me over 200 dollars for the key and programming. When I questioned it was the Key (after doing my own research) they recommended I do a Diagnostics service at like 100 bucks. I was like nah I'll try around. After speaking with these folks, I won't take my locksmith issues anywhere else. Fantastic people, straight forward, and QUICK. Will go again.

It was 12:30am and my husbands key broke off in the door lock & my landlord was out of town. They told us it would take about 40 minutes before they would be able to get there. I was surprised to see they arrived 20 minutes after we called & got us in our house & got the key out of the lock within 10 minutes. Awesome service! They arrived relatively quickly for a 9/9:30ish call on a Tuesday night! The individual (I think his name was John or Johnny) who drove over to come unlock my locked car that I was unfortunately locked out of (whoops) was super friendly and skillful, and I believe having the option to pay either through PayPal or cash made the whole transaction process incredibly easy. The prices were super affordable - would definitely recommend!

Just moved into new house and front door deadbolt was not engaging / locking properly. A-1 scheduled somebody to come and take a look. The person was prompt, polite and quickly fixed the issue and only charged me for a service call (very reasonable!). I would call A-1 again if I have any issues with locks/doors in the future.

I've used these guys twice. The first time was when I lost a set of key and couldn't access the second set.. The tech they sent was prompt and professional. The other time I used their services (non-emergency) I needed a second set of car keys made and again the service was excellent. For both services I called several different locksmiths and each time they were the least expensive. I recently bought a car that only came with one set of keys. I know exactly where I'm going to get a second set!

Instead of taking my money and coming out they showed me a way to get a little charge from the front of my car that I was able to access my trunk and charge my battery very helpful company and great people. I bought a car yesterday and the seller have me a car that would only lock the door and not unlock. :( I called A-1 Security and they came out and within 5 minutes of arriving I was in my car!!! I called on behalf of a tenant who locked themselves out. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and helped facilitate a service call. The technician came out, but informed the tenant they were unable to unlock the door. Unfortunately we did not receive a call from the locksmith with this information, rather a call back from our tenant. The owner called the next day, was very professional and explained some of the rationale for the decision. While we appreciate the insight, it was still a very frustrating experience.

UPDATE: A-1 has address this issue and will continue to use their services due to the professionalism handling this situation with a quick turn around time. -- From a corporate perspective: Poor service as we had a deadline to get keys made and it’s been more than a month with little to no update. No professional attire and at times shows up when most convenient to lock smith. Services does not uphold the business name.
