I am a realtor with out of state buyers who just closed on a house in NH, purchasing a home is stressful enough but needing to worry about getting someone out there to change the locks quickly can make all the difference in the world in regard to security for a buyer. Harvey Gurney Jr. was able to get out there not once but twice in one day with little notice or information on the property. His quickness to get out there and efficiency in getting the job done was exactly what my buyers needed to feel like their new investment was secure. 10/10 would recommend.

I lost the key to my 100+ year old buffet from England with two complicated locking mechanisms. Harvey arrived on a Saturday right when he said he would, assessed the problem, and took the hardware back to his shop to work on (so I didn't have to have the buffet delivered to him). He was back early the next day, having fixed both lock mechanisms. He took care reinstalling the locks and double checked that they worked perfectly before leaving. The cost was very reasonable, especially being a weekend. I just moved to Goffstown and am very happy to have found Goffstown Lock & Key and someone as helpful and professional as Harvey.

Harvey did a great job on top of being the only locksmith in NH who picked up the phone on a Sunday. He not only did a great job fixing the problem, he resolved it in a way that saved me time and money, and left me with lubricant and instructions for proper care. He was awesome, and really went out of his way for me. (I am not a robot).

He even saved us money by making one key fit two of the locks which previously required different keys (I didn't even realize they were the same kind of lock). His rates were also very reasonable.
