We were very happy with the services provided by Mark from Bob's Locksmith Shop. He was able to fixate lockset on our twenty year old sunroom door by making a new spring mechanism so the door would latch. Since these old patio locksets are no longer available, we were so happy that he was able to get our door to remain closed without keeping it locked. Mark is a very knowledgeable locksmith and in all his years at this, has a wealth of skill that he brings to solve the problem. We are so grateful he was able to save the day!! The lady who helped us was incredibly nice and had a quick turn around on our key copy job. She was also up front about the Cash/Cheque only policy and very accommodating when we told her we had to hit an ATM. She took the key and did the work while we got cash out. 3-ish blocks south of Yankee Lanes, very convenient, not a single down side to our experience

Our house was built in the 50s and none of the doorknobs matched. We had Mark replace the knobs on nine doors, as well as install new deadbolts on three of those doors. He did a great job and was very meticulous about his work. We would highly recommend him.

Very friendly and quick. I sent them an email asking if they could make some motorcycle keys for me. I got a call back in about an hour. The keys were made quickly. No muss, no fuss. Highly recommend.

Mark was very friendly and was able to repair and re-key a lock for us with just a few hours notice. He was very informative, and explained what he was doing so that I left the process feeling a little more knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced. We'll be sure to use his company's services in the future.

Great shop. I showed up a few minutes before he was leaving to meet with a client to see if he could remove a piece of my key that had broken off in my door. Within a minute of me being there another family pulled up that needed some copy’s of their keys. Within 10 minutes Bob had made another key for the family and was able to get the key out of my door, and then was on his way to his next appointment. Very kind, efficient, and the pricing was even better. Thanks Bob!

I went to multiple stores in the Manchester area in order to have copies of mailbox keys made for my tenants and no one had the capability to do this. At Bob's they decided to give it a try and they made the copies with the models they had and to our surprise they worked perfectly well. I'm very appreciative for their friendliness, professionalism and positive attitude!

Incredibly competent! The lady that helped me make keys on two separate occasions was super fast, super professional, and perfectly accurate. I was was turned away from 5 places in Manchester that could not handle or were not equipped to make motorcycle keys when i had the blanks in-hand for them. Bob's locksmith answered their phone first ring and was completely confident in cutting a $70 blank key. When I pulled into Bob's, the lady came right out immediately and waited on me. She was fast and the key (which everyone else was terrified of) is a perfect fit! First try!! Highly recommend! Have told and will continue to tell everyone about them because noone can cut kets this well anymore. Best place to get motorcycle keys made in the area!

I am writing this review after locking myself out of my 2002 Buick Lesabre just this morning. I managed to not only lock myself out, but lock my spare in as it had fallen out of my usual safe spot in my backpack evidently. Bob promptly answered right at 8:00 AM when I called, and was out to my Buick just 15 minutes later. Bob was cheery, polite, and professional and got me into my car in no time at all. If you're in a jam, I have no doubt Bob would take care of anyone just as well as he took care of me, thank you so much!

Absolutely awesome guy I dropped off one of the exterior door handles for an rv I was missing the keys for and was able to pick up the keys after work the next day he even talked me through how to open some of the other locks on the rv that were stuck from not being used now I can use every lock on it i highly recommend going here if you need a locksmith

Great place !!! Super friendly old timey Locksmith. He has everything you need even motorcycle keys. Fast service and fair pricing. Why go to a big box store, when you can get a better key for less money ??? I needed a spare key for my GSX-R 750. I called and he had the blanks in stock. (Not many do) Swung by and had my spare set done in 5 min. For half the price of other shops. Why go anywhere else ? Highly recommended !!!

My bf went here and the guy seemed like he cared BUT told my bf that the key may not work. My question is why wouldn't he just say he can't do it at all like yes he did try but it was a still a waste of time and money
