We had them come to the house and unlock our home door and they were their extents fast…very impressed with their turn around time. Scott and JP are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about how to get my old car keys replaced and preventing key breaking off in Ignition. I highly recommend their services.

Jeff was an absolute professional when I absolutely needed him. He was upfront with both his estimated time of arrival (which he kept to within 10 minutes or so for traffic) and the price for his services. When he arrived, he took care of everything as quickly as I could have imagined. In short, this was precisely the kind of service I was looking for. Even if my price may have been a bit higher for being 45 minutes away, it was worth it.

No one wants to have to call a locksmith on a Sunday, but thankfully Brian made the experience as painless as possible. I was traveling to Lexington from out of state and managed to lose the only set of keys to my truck. After spending 2 hours searching my sister's house, yard, and neighborhood, I finally gave up and called Brian. I actually called him three times with multiple questions about the process and he was straightforward and patient each time. He was able to come out to my sister's house quickly and had two keys cut and a new fob programmed in about 45 minutes. His pricing was more than fair for a Sunday call. I would highly recommend using Brian!!!

Had a Ford Transit that I couldn’t get started due to a ignition issue. Called pop da lock 3 times and every time it was around 30% higher price than 24/7 locksmith. They had me replace practically everything for the ignition. Got tired of overpaying them and figured I’d give these guys a try. I called and told JEFF what was going on and he said if he got it fixed it would be about 2/3 the price the other company was charging and if not just a $60 fee for responding. Hell you can’t beat that. So JEFF was there in less than 10 minutes and couldn’t get it first time. Tried something else, no go. I was out of heart and he said let me try one more time. BINGO. The guy gets the key working, anti theft was fixed and I got 4 keys programmed. Quickest, most knowledgeable, cheapest, and friendliness locksmith we have ever worked with. Definitely not true the old saying you get what you pay for. This guy was top notch. 24/7 Locksmith, JEFF deserve a raise. This guy is awesome and this company will be our go to from here on out considering we have 10 vehicles. Thanks guys. Can’t say enough.

Second attempt at leaving this review. This young man, Jake, was an absolute god send (coming from someone who neither believes or disbelieves). He is one of the rare souls in this world that understands when someone is left at the mercy of another the idea that compassion goes millions of miles and will make him more profit than being the one individual who says “not my problem.” He made himself late to a prior private engagement with his family to help me, get back to my family (one that is obviously not as caring or concerned about me), as his family is him. I am and will be eternally grateful, thank you Jake. He was kind and professional simultaneously, worked seriously and quickly. Saturday morning of last week, he was my hero! He had the key fob, cut the key, removed the broken key from the ignition, and got me motoring on in no time.

Was here very fast, they got me a new key for my car to start it and was very very fast in doing so. Saved me from being late for work and was very kind. I wish most businesses operated like this. The person who did my service also told me of other things that I might need to do like locking out other keys that might be out there, as well as giving me a key with the information if I lose my car key again. Saying it was an AWESOME experience would be an monumental under statement. Very professional, outstanding knowledge of what needed to be done to resolve my multiple problem issue. I had called a different company the day prior to 24 / 7 lock being called. The first company told me one thing on the phone and then tried to double the price that was quoted to me not only that they said that they couldn't fix my problem unless I gave them another 50 on top of 125. I told them no thanks just give me my money back, they was hesitant to give my money back but eventually did but that's no all I think out of spite for me asking for my money back they erased all keys that was stores in the on board computer so my problem went from just needing a key made to having to have my computer completely updated with new keys and re programed. Thank you 24/7 lock you saved me that day and it was a pleasure meeting you 5 star service would give 10 stars if I could

Went to get a key fob I had bought online programmed since the buttons on the key I got from the dealership didn’t work. Unfortunately, the key couldn’t be programmed but they used the pieces of the two keys I had to make one working key completely free of charge! Jake was super nice and helpful. 10/10 reccomend

So after a failed attempt with pop a lock and $60 later the tech gave me the contact info for Mr.King. My keys got locked in my Trunk. Lexus cars will not let you pop the trunk if security is in affect. Jacob King was super fast. Guy got to my car in 5 min. He had my keys in my hand in a additional 5 min later. Literally a total of 10 from the time I picked up my phone to call him. He was also half the price of 3 other companies I called. So with that being said, guy is awesome. Cheap, fast, nice, professional and all around best choice. Thanks so much Jacob. If anyone needs any key or lock services. He’s the man. You won’t regret your decision.

Jeff is amazing! I have an autolocking backdoor, one day I accidentally shut it locking myself out of my house on a Sunday night. I also have to mention I had less than 5% phone battery at the time, so immediately in a panic I called 24/7 Locksmith/ LLC & Jeff in particular. Explained the whole situation to him. After he got there and got me back in my house easily, i looked at my phone.... I called at 6:12 pm on a Sunday night and I was back in my air-conditioned house by 6:31 pm. If that is not considered incredible service, then I genuinely don't know what is. I have never been so blown away by the incredible level of service, Jeff was nice, personable, skilled at his job, and a hard worker. I wish I could have tipped him more. I called 24/7 today after being locked out close to Cedar Creek lake, Brian responded promptly and professionally. He was over 1 hr away but still made the trip right away, and got me in my car within minutes of arriving. Had excellent customer service, and pricing was very fair considering a 2 hr round trip drive. I would recommend working with Brian should you have lockout issues.

Y'all, if you need a local locksmith that helps out the little guys, this is the place to go. My son lost my motorcycle keys and I had to either find them or miss work. Found this local shop, and not only did the hook me with two keys, but the also stached it for me, IN THEIR OWN SHOP so it wouldn't get swiped or messed with till I can get it cause I had to get to work. Both J.P. and Scott, are true bule collar fellows, and for them, I am truly thankful. Will definitely be going back anytime I need something with a lock. We were at Lake Herrington and accidentally locked the car keys in the truck. Being AAA members, we called them first and they told us someone would be there within the hour. After waiting over 2 hrs we decided to call 24/7 locksmith just to see how long it would take for them to come. Jeff saved 4th of July. I locked my Keys in my trunk after picking up everything I needed for my family celebration at the grocery store, and it being a holiday weekend I assumed it was hopeless. Although I was able to pop the door lock myself and gain access to the car, this activated the security mode and wouldn’t allow me to use the trunk release lever. Jeff arrived promptly armed with his experience and technical knowledge, located a hidden trunk release within the car and saved the day. Not only was he quick, knowledgeable and friendly, he only charged me half price since I had already unlocked the doors. Honest, fair and unexpected. What looked to be a dark day for the USA, Jeff rushed to the rescue like Paul Revere and saved the day! If you need help, look no further.

I got home after a very long day and my lock broke off in my hand, I called crying and begging for someone to come out and fix it after my own landlord flat out refused. I am a GM of a convenient store in Lexington. At 6 pm my cashier on shift noticed that the door was having issues with getting locked. Since we close at 11 pm I needed a solution fast. My company sent out All Hours Locksmith and they insisted there was nothing they could do. I called Pop’o’lock and after 25 minutes of attempting to rake the lock the smith told me he couldn’t get it and I would likely have to get it drilled in the morning. Without a doubt, the best locksmith, in town. I have dealt with quite a few folks over the years because of bad door installation at my workspace and an antique door at my home. Better than Pop-A-Lock!!! I ran out for just a few minutes with my less than 2 month old baby and when I got home my garage door opener failed to work. I'm so glad I heard how much pop a Lock was going to charge and decided to call them instead. Also he was there in under 20 minutes. So yeah, I'd suggest calling them first. FIRST, I would give them more then 5 stars if possible. The unique thing about this review is I never used their service! Although, it wasn't in MY price range at that moment they are still the cheapest (or second cheapest) out there. The gentleman that I spoke with, SHAWN, listened to my situation and referred a different company that could help me with the my situation. I mean just think... You're taking a loved one the ER. You set your keys down for a moment to help them out of the car and then lock the door to take them in. As soon as the door shuts you think about the keys that are laying on the seat! Well, that's what happened to me!!!!!! Instant panic mode. Then you think about that locksmith bill. Idk about you but it made me even more sick when i thought of that! I don't usually write reviews but these guys earned it! Definitely a 5 star experience tonight after we returned from a 2 week vacation and realized we had locked ourselves out. Jake answered the phone within a single ring at 12:30 AM and arrived promptly, even though he was coming off a job in Georgetown. He made us feel at ease, and taught my 5 year old a few "tricks" after her earnest attempts at picking the lock with a soggy twig strangely didn't work! He explained his plan as he went along and had the lock open in no time. I don't use a locksmith very much, but the price was much less than I was prepared to pay.
