I ran into Top Master Locksmith to have a key made in an emergency and the two gentlemen in the office were super friendly and polite. The key was made to perfection, which was a relief because I have had keys made at other places and they did not work. I highly recommend this company to any individual that has the desire for impeccable service and high quality. In addition, they will give you a discount if you give them a review on site. I did not have my phone on me but promised I would do so as soon as I returned to my office and he still gave me the discount. Definitely appreciate high caliber individuals!

These guys are seriously the best I've dealt with. Locked my keys in trunk of my car, used "pop a lock" to help first, they broke my trunk trying to get in, opened my cab and charged me 70$, and still no keys. Called these guys at 12am, they came all the way across the city in 25 minutes, made me two extra keys and had me done and out in about 20 minutes. They're awesome. Do yourself a favor and call them first.

Asa and Camchat were such great guys. My son locked my keys in the trunk and I couldn’t find my spares. My car had security feature after security feature preventing us from getting into the trunk after the car is breached without disarming it with the FOB. They didn’t have to but they stayed with me while we googled ways to get into the trunk. We had just about given up when I found my spare keys IN MY CAR. Either way, I would’ve needed them to come out but they went above and beyond. Very friendly and super helpful. Just genuinely good people in the service industry. Definitely recommend!

A+++++ Service. I lost my car keys on a Sunday and called a couple of places; received a lot of hassle and price changing. I was beginning to get frustrated until I came across Top Master Locksmith. The technicians were very polite and professional over the phone not rude and pushy like the previous company. The price was a flat rate and significantly lower than the other companies. They arrived in under 20 minutes which was great considering that I live in the middle of no where. I would definitely recommend these guys don't waste your time with the rude price haggling other companies. I just needed a few keys duplicated, and after calling 3 or 4 other locksmiths with all of them saying they are 24/7, yet their offices weren't open for duplication services on weekends. We bought a new house in Southern Highlands for my parents-in-law and needed the locks changed. I had originally called Master Lock & Security the day before and after waiting 2 hours, the technician never showed up. It was getting dark and the electricity was shut off in the house so my husband told them he was cancelling the appointment for the day. They had the guts to ask to schedule another appointment and my husband flatly refused. Master Lock & Security had 114 reviews and a 5 star rating on Yelp. I don't know if it was a mishap with the technician or the reviews were fake. So I decided to look for another Locksmith company. I found Top Master Locksmith on Google and they had 61 excellent reviews and it was the closest one to my house. Most of the Locksmiths were in North Las Vegas. I set the appointment at noon the next day and asked the dispatcher to have the technician notify me half an hour before he was one his way to the new house. The technician called me three times at 11:58am, but for some reason, my cell phone did not ring. He texted me also, but I didn't see the message till 12:40pm. I called Top Master Locksmith about my error and they were still able to get the technician to come. They said he would be there in 15 minutes, so I went over to the new house (which is 5 minutes away from me). Jonathan, the tech, showed up at 1:25pm. He was very friendly and even petted my dog, who was barking at him rather menacingly. I showed him the locks that needed to be changed and he set to work right away. He asked me how many keys I wanted and I said 3 and he gave me 4. I tried to tip Jonathan $10, but he refused the tip, asking me to write a review on Google instead. The price was different than was quoted from the dispatcher. I miscalculated 2 locks that needed to be changed, but it was actually 3. Overall, it costs $45 for the technician to come out and $25 per lock to re-key (change the cylinder). Since the price was actually more than I anticipated, Jonathan took off about $10 for the tax and reminded me to write a review. I recommend using these guys to get your locks replaced. Jonathan was professional and congenial. The only reason I deducted a star was because the dispatcher said that the tech would show up in 15 minutes, instead with checking to see where he was before giving me a time. She also quoted me the final price at $75 (for two locks); it was originally $95 minus a $10 discount when I complained it was too expensive, minus $10 for writing a review. Otherwise, the work was stellar.

We had lost our keys walking down the strap and realized once we were on the way back to our hotel and called for a locksmith and he got here within 10 minutes of when I got off the phone. Christian was the gentleman who helped us and he was very nice and patient, it was alittle complicated cause of the setup of the door but he didn't loose his he got the job done. I bought a chipped key for my truck online, called around to other locksmiths including the dealer to see what they would charge me to have the key cut and programmed. Just had a wonderful experience here! I clumsily dropped and broke my electronic Toyota Camry key. Those keys are about $200 to replace, but Top Master fixed my key free of charge in about 30 seconds. I was so relieved and will absolutely return if I am ever in need of locksmith in the future. When I first discovered I needed to have a new key cut and programmed for my car I thought, "Oh hell... how much is this going to cost?" (You know who you are... I'm know I'm not the only one who says this when unexpected things come up.) First off, these folks are AWESOME and the pricing is more than reasonable too!!! The service I received was top notch and they really take care of their customers. Before I went to their shop I called to make sure that they were able to cut and program another key for my car. I spoke to Mary Kay and she was very professional from the start, reassuring me that they would be able to help me. When I finally made it to their shop, Alex got started on cutting my key. I was blown away when he took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. In the middle of it all, he also mentioned to me that the owner, Maor (Jonathan), was on his way to do the programming. I honestly thought I was going to end up waiting at least an hour... but no... he was there literally 5 minutes later. I was blown away again because by showing up on time, it proved to me that my time was important to him. Overall, best service that I received in a long time! Their work ethic shows that they care and respect their customers. They are honest and very accomodating making them a part of the few elite in this city and they set themselves apart from all the others. I was stranded after a long shift and lost the only key to my car. In my opinion Top Master should be the FIRST name on the list for a las vegas locksmith. Unlike these other companies that claim to be 24 hours but arent, they answered promptly and gave me the best price just when i was prepared to drop an insane amount of money using some other company. Glad i kept looking. As luck would have it, my keys turned up before they showed up and i called expecting the worst. To much great surprise not only was he understanding but just totally awesome to deal with. They have my business just based on their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend these guys. Not only are they knowledgeable, they are very thorough and precise, not to mention, affordable. A very trustworthy outfit to call if you ever get locker out of your car / house. Mind you, they were not able to fix my ignition switch for my 03 honda because it had other issues apart from the key. Yet they still get a 5 star because they explained the process to me and even gave me a referral to a mechanic that could do the job. Our serviceman arrived on time. He was very polite and courteous. Maor saved me the agony and fixed a 10 year old lock which looked like it was on it's last stand. He brought it back to life and now it works as good as new. It didn't take very long and was fixed in a jiffy. Maor even cleaned our door and he shows great pride in what he does. I like the idea that Top Master Locksmith's serviceman have uniforms, a name tag, and a truck that is marked and not blank. Where I used to come from contractors didn't show pride in who they represent. I thank you for your high standards and integrity.

I was in Las Vegas this weekend and had a rental car that we lost the keys. I expected this to be expensive and was just preparing myself as Fox Rental didn't have spare keys and we were told "Roadside Assistance" was the only way to go. By the way the Toyota dealership wont come out and you have to tow it in to them to have new keys made at what appeared to be $300 plus for keys and fobs and that doesn't include all the towing stuff. We called Top Master and was a bit nervous after seeing the reviews on here. They made it to the Linq parking garage where we had the Toyota Sienna mini van and the gentleman that came was great and popped the door open and made keys which by the way he figured quickly was a different key code then what Fox had given us. The tech made keys and they worked and the car tried to fire but needed the chip programmed into the OBD port. Fox or Toyota though disable the OBD port for some reason unknown apparently to anyone and can not be programmed because of that reason. So i was still stuck but not because of Top Master Locksmith folks. They did everything they were supposed to. None of us ever wants to spend our hard earned money on things we don't need to and I felt the price was acceptable. They quoted me $280 for the key only and the service call. Since they couldn't program the chip they only charged me $180. I did pay cash as they office was closed and they said they didn't have anyone that could run it which made me worry but they emailed me the receipt on Monday. I was fortunate enough to be on the receiving end of Maor's locksmith skills, determination to get the job done right, and incredible (I mean INCREDIBLE) integrity. I had my keys stolen late one night. I was horrified at the idea that someone could drive away with my car! It took about a day's wait and certainly wasn't cheap (just over $400), but that was due to the model and make of my car- 2010 Toyota Corolla S. As I put my son in his car seat I set my keys on the center console of the car. Once he was all strapped in, I closed his door, and all the doors locked. I was about to tear through the window, but I googled Baby Locked In Car, Top Master Locksmith website said they will open the car for free. I knew they took it as serious as I did. I work for a property management company and we have Top Master re-key the residential locks after every tenant moves out. He remove both locks and took it to his supplier so that he could get a exact match of the locks. He then came back in a couple hours with the estimate and replace the old locks. I had called anothe place by the name of 24 hour locksmith...absoluyely horrible...they lied about how much everything was going to cost. They wanted to charge me 125$ to open my door to then charge me 240$ bucks to make a BASIC KEY....A 365$ job.
