Perfect experience. Fast and priced right. Update: Very humble, every key works as it should, could not ask for better service. The camper keys broke off in the locks and this company was able to cut and fit them perfectly. Called different companies and got no answers or their business was closed or not even in existence. This company will be my locksmith in the future from now on.

Asked for an extra Car key for my 2018 Mazda . The key that the car came with had issues with the push to start/ unlocking car doors. 3 days ago I received my new spare key however, it was not programmed correctly and mirrored my original key with the same issue I faced. Today I went over to ANVIL locksmith in Radcliff. I expressed my concerns and he was able to reprogram both of my keys successfully. He was also patient and made sure to try every method to make sure both keys worked.

Nothing but great things to say about McKinney Locksmith Service. Had a key break off from my key fob, I bought a fob online to try and swap the blades out, and instead they cut me a brand new key walked me how to program the fob to my car, was very professional the whole time and was in and out in about 30 minutes. The gentleman that helped me was super knowledgeable told me some other options if I wanted them at a later date and the price they quoted me 3 days ago was what they charged me today, so awesome service and great facility!

I was in town on a motorcycle trip from Wisconsin when the key on my bike broke in the glove box lock. I called Mckinney and they told me to bring both pieces of the key in and they could see what they could do. I had them make 3 keys and two didn't work, but one did. I drove the bike to their location and they cut me several more until I had 3 good keys that worked on all the locks. They were patient, professional and very helpful. They were true lifesavers - great people and service!

So, my ONLY car key ended up breaking off inside my ignition two nights ago. I had originally called Bill's Lock & Key in town. The lady on the phone asked me when the "absolute latest" I would need the problem taken care of by was, and quoted me a fairly high price, to boot... oooookay. Anyway, directly after the woman from the other place told me I'd have to wait another day and a half for them to get it fixed, I ended up calling McKinney Locksmith Service. And thank God! He gave me a reasonable quote on the phone, and said he could be to my house by the same afternoon, only a couple hours from the time I called. Listen, I don't leave Google reviews. It's not something I usually do. But this man- the man that answered the phone, quickly and professionally- was the same exact man that came to my door. Not only was he on time, he was earlier than expected! He got the job done. Extraction of the broken key, and a brand new one cut and programmed to my car, in less than 10 minutes! Not only was he able to repair the original key, he also cut me a spare which never hurts to have. And on top of that, he charged me LESS than the quoted price because the task wasn't as difficult as he had anticipated. He told me, and I quote, "I'm not in the business of ripping people off". I have a lot of respect for that. Just an honest guy doing his job, and getting it done quick & right. His store has been here since I moved to Elizabethtown as a child, and I guess you just don't last that long without being the best at what you do! Best customer service experience I have ever had. A father and son business you can count on. When needing help with a lock system that might be difficult to describe my advice is to see dad. Nothing wrong with junior's expertise at all ,but dad seemed a bit more patient and presented additional lock systems choices which made all the difference in selecting the system that was perfect for our requirements.
