Spoke to Elizabeth about replacing a key for my vehicle. Alex came an hour later, was very professional and knowledgeable. The first key was defective and Alex wasted no time in creating a second key and getting me back on my way. Highly recommend the service for anyone who needs a locksmith.

Called due to locking myself out my vehicle due to having a shorted out key fob, then discovered that someone tried to break into my driver's side door, but they were unsucessful in getting into the vehicle. They weren't able to get in, but they surely messed up the cylinder so that the skeleton key couldn't open the door. Isle Locksmith were able to come out and see what I needed for my vehicle. I had 2 shorted fobiks and needed a new key cut. Shai, the tech, was totally professional and would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone that I know for any future business. Their service is fast and awesome! I highly recommend them. They're going to be my "go to" for anything I need for any services needed for a locksmith.

I called on a Sunday and the person answering was very friendly and courteous. Shai arrived exactly 30 minutes later and was able to fix my hardware problem and cut additional keys on the spot. He recommended a simple security upgrade, which I was grateful for. I had another sticky door lock which he lubricated and now it works really well. Will be calling this company when I need a locksmith again.

He also warned me about opening up two locks would cost more so I directed him to another door with only one lock. Absolute LIFESAVERS!!! I locked myself out of my apartment on sunday (the one day of the week our office is closed so no one could let me back in) and Isle Locksmith responded within 20 minutes to help me out! Shai was incredibly responsive and unlocked my door within a few minutes. I am so grateful for their service! I highly recommend them to everyone!

I called to change the locks on my mailbox and get keys made, since the previous tenant took the keys with them, and he offered to change the locks on my front doors as well. He also provided me with the inexpensive route instead of going with a pricier option for my doors, so that was nice. :)

So I locked myself out of my apartment the other night at 8pm. I called several locksmith places by looking up Google. Most were closed or didn't answer. Luckily, I got hold of Shai and he agreed to come in 20-30 minutes. It was actually more like 15 minutes so I guess it is better since most people get mad once the time is over. I found his service professional, courteous, and prices reasonable. There is a trip charge of $30 and depending on the lock anywhere from $90 to $150. I paid about $150 total. He can even make you a spare key if you need it. I would use him again if I ever got locked or recommend him.

We just closed on our house today and wanted to get the whole house rekeyed. Talked to Shai (The Owner) on the phone around 830pm about possibly doing 4 doors. Instead of sending a technician, he said he would be the one to come out. He said he’d be right over in 30 mins at 9pm and he got there on time. We had him take a look at the door knobs and unfortunately for us...we didn’t have keys for 2 of the doors and suggested he could actually change them with new door knobs. Our front door was old when he opened it up to rekey and he cleaned it out for us and it turns so smoothly now. We also asked if he could install a deadbolt into the side garage door and it wasn’t a problem for him. Awesome guy! Easy to talk to! Kept us informed on what he was doing and had great suggestions. He installed long screws which was awesome because it seems like it’s the standard for them. Told us the benefits on security with having longer screws installed. All in all hands down great service! If I could give more than 5 stars we’d give him 10. Definitely recommend! Will use this company for any future changes to the house. Mahalo Shai!

Shai is amazing! I had lost all my keys to my mailbox, so i initially asked for a request through Yelp! & Shai responded right away, and after giving him some info he called me right away & was in my driveway within 45 minutes! He explained to me what would happen, he informed me the lock on my mailbox would be a little different from the stock locks (which wasn’t an issue), broke down the cost for me so i understood it, answered my questions throughly (even while he worked, he was still happy to answer any questions i had), and when the work was done he showed me the final product to make sure i was happy with it - which i was! Shai from Isle Locksmith, has wonderful service manners, very efficient, and very professional! I hope i don’t have to use a locksmith in the near future - but knowing how i am, i probably will, & there will be no doubt in mind who i should call! Thanks Shai!

Got locked on our lanai with the door to the apartment locked as well (don't ask lol). Called Shai and he arrived within 10 minutes and was able to enter our apartment and unlock the lanai door in under a minute. Gave us a great quote before starting work and was super friendly, respectful and had no judgements! Absolutely no damage to the deadbolt either! Infact It works better than before! We needed to have our security door lock and door lock replaced on a urgent basis. I called Isle Locksmith and got an immediate response. The locksmith, Danny, arrived within 30 minutes. The door locks were replaced in short order. Danny is an excellent locksmith. He is pleasant, professional, and did the job in a rapid and efficient manner. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I was most impressed with Isle Locksmith. I would highly recommend this company without reservations.

Of all of the supposed 24 hour locksmith services, they were the only one that was actually available at 6:30 A.M. Shai was very personable and professional and got me back in very quickly. After waiting for two hours for a "Big Name Company" (hint: Pop is in their name)Locksmith to arrive even though they told me I'd be contacted in an hour, I decided to contract Isle Locksmith who answered my call promptly and didn't have a recording answer my call. They also went on to charge me a $25.00 cancellation fee even though they said their technician was headed in the opposite direction of my location (< the"Big Name Company"). Isle Locksmith was a bit more BUT very HONEST and UPFRONT with the time they'll arrive at your location. Professional while being social and making a super sh!tty situation less aggravating. They were also very informative about reimbursement from your applicable car insurance and offer additional help with obtaining that reimbursement if necessary. I arrived to Hawaii and within 2 hours locked myself out of my rental. I called AAA which came fairly quick but they couldn't help. I decided to tow the car because no one could open the trunk (that's where the keys were). While waiting for the tow truck I called Isle Locksmith. He saved me and my vacation!!!! The locking mechanisms on the front door and lanai door of our 24th floor apartment are very old and were not fully operational. These problems appeared on the buyers' correction list when we were selling the apartment, and were about to delay the sale. I called Isle Locksmith on a Saturday, and Shai came that same day. Shai was able to correct the front door problem by removing the inner handle, cleaning, reinstalling and adjusting the mechanism. The sliding lanai door was a more difficult problem. The mechanism was corroded, only partly movable, and it was so old that parts were non-existent in Hawaii. The strike plate was missing. On Monday, Shai decided to manufacture a strike plate, and to dis-assemble the mechanism to remove 40 years of dust and corrosion. The mechanism is working like new and the new strike plate holds the catch perfectly. As a result, the two most difficult correction items were removed allowing us to proceed toward closure. Shai's competent and friendly service was outstanding.

My friend lost her keys to her apartment and Isle Locksmith was the only business that responded to us right away.
