Absolutely incredible service and the best locksmith I've ever worked with. We called because our dog was locked in our car and he sped over immediately. He was out the door and on his way before he even got off the phone. Not only that, but he was incredibly professional and treated our emergency like it was his emergency. Once he arrived on scene, he had the door open in under a minute. He was even able to program a second key fob for me to make sure I didn't get locked out again. I without realizing it, had the movers pack the key to my hitch and needed it unlocked so it can get packed with our household goods. I called 2 locksmiths before contacting Island Locksmith and I would like to add that Paradise Locksmith was reluctant to help me attempt to unlock the hitch and Jack’s Lock Service pretty much blew me off and hung up on me before I could get a word in edgewise. Island Locksmith was courteous and professional on the phone, and when he arrived on-site. He sensed my urgency for a locksmith and even offered to have me meet him so I wouldn’t get charged an additional fee, but that was not a concern and I was willing to give him my money with the service he was willing to provide. He was quick and thorough and I am grateful for his service. I highly recommend his business!

Aloha, Our truck key was damaged to the point where we couldn't start our truck. We needed a key ASAP called Ford both Honolulu and Cutter no open appointments and we would have to tow the truck to them. So imagine what the price would look like. The guy from Ford told us to call Pop a Lock appointments were backed two weeks. The person from Pop a Lock was nice enough to give us the information for Island Locksmith Service. We looked it up and seen good reviews which is awesome and that it was 5 star. Called them up and within a few hours he was over. We now have a set of brand new keys our truck starts with the new keys. Done within 30 mins.Talk about fast service and reasonable prices! Comes to your location no hassle what so ever. Mahalo!

Dvir truly lived up to his 5 Star rating. He was professional and patiently expained the options for the replacement of our commercial warehouse locks. HIs mobile van contained an array of inventory and he replaced our locks immediately. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience dealing with a locksmith. I called island locksmith to get a new programmed key for my car and Dvir was very kind and honest from the beginning of service. Part way through making the key, something was wrong with the OBD in my car which wasn’t allowing the key to be programmed, Dvir not only figured out what the issue was (a blown fuse) but also didn’t increase the price of the service with the additional problems. I could not recommend island locksmith enough!!! 5 stars!!

Davon (I probably butchered his name but it's pronounced duh-von) was super friendly, professional and explained to me how it's a complicated lock. He was able to unlock my room in 10 seconds and mentioned that normally you have to cut the lock out with these ones. After unlocking the door, he even gave a great suggestion of having a lockbox for the spare key when I go on vacations. 10/10 would recommend.

Divir was very accommodating, professional, efficient, and adaptive. I had an unusual problem for my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee where it would only start if the key was turned to a specific spot in my ignition. Long story short, I asked Divir if he could please make and install a new Ignition Lock Cylinder (the part that your key goes into) which he did fast and efficiently. But that turned out to not be the problem. Divir adapted and went beyond his usual services and we theorized what the problem could be. The electrical switch behind my ignition. He took it out and we tested it, and yes that was the problem! So he went to an auto shop, bought a matching electrical switch, installed it, and BOOM my Jeep started good as new. Highly recommend Divir.
