Karen is great! She’s patient and persistent and really cares about doing a thorough job. I have a jewelry tray drawer with a push-in, pop-out lock that my 5 year old son locked by accident with a hair clip. The keys were in the drawer😳! The first locksmith I called couldn’t open it and inspired closets-the company that did the built-in dresser drawers only offered to break the wood drawer face off and cut out the whole lock hardware and then replace it all with a new one for hundreds of dollars!!!🤦🏼‍♀️ Karen was able to open it without any damage to the lock itself or to the wood. It was awesome! It took a while and a few different tools but her persistence paid off👌🏼😁. I was so impressed! She even noticed that our front door metal security screen door handle was wobbly and loose and said she couldn’t notice that and just leave without tightening it up. She easily fixed that right up and then double checked to make sure it could lock & unlock with the key. All of that work & time for much less that it could have costed and she saved me so much money and heartache! 💗 I would recommend her to anyone, anytime!

So we locked ourselves out of our truck... we spent hours trying to slim Jim our window with whatever tools around the house (Hangers, tree branches). Finally we decided to call a professional. First company we called was listed as 24 hours but told us they didn't have any technicians at this hour. So we called 001 24 Hour Lockout Windward. Karen took some info about the vehicle and was here in about 15 minutes. Mind you this was 11pm. She wore a mask and was fast and efficient. Price was reasonable for the time of night. This past Sunday I discovered a malfunction in my key cylinder which lead to me being stranded not able to open my car door. Karen showed up right away while providing me with constant updates on when she was expected to arrive. While on the phone, she began going over what the issue may be rather than just showing up and unlocking my car and leaving it at that. Once I got home and RELOCKED my car, she quickly came to the rescue once again and unlocked it no problem. After being scammed by 98 Locksmith (I believe the parent company is Aloha locksmith they have some sort of Russian/Eastern European accent they drilled my lock and left the job unfinished). Karen was not only patient throught the install process, but she was also honest about giving me advice on a lock that might not have lasted..made in China.. purchased a fingerprint lock on Amazon and it was cheaply made, so I returned it purchased another quality brand which was like night and day. Although Karen was not familiar with the new fingerprint technology, she kept going and made it through and completed the install. I love my lock and highly recommend the "Ultralog UL3 Series" for a master bedroom setup or front door. It is well made, heavy and recogizes your fingerprint immediately along with a set of keys as backup. Professional and Pretty Locksmith! So Happy we found Karen as we need a lot of locks + Lockboxes dealt with on a couple vaca rental properties. Karen was awesome. I got a place in town for two nights because I was taking the bar exam and not even five minutes there I locked myself out with all my stuff including my phone in my room. I called the locksmith they said they’d be there in 20 minutes and I went outside to wait. Of course island time being what it is I didn’t try and even worry until later than three hours almost 1130 at night. At that hour I stop some strange man driving down the road on the bicycle and asked to borrow his phone so I could call another locksmith. I have a Lockey mechanical combination lock on my side gate that had the bolt assembly fail. I called a locksmith who came out and replaced the bolt assembly, but unfortunately, he replaced it with the wrong kind and the lock still didn't work. I ordered another Lockey from the manufacturer's rep in Indiana and called the locksmith to let him know I had the replacement. He would not return my calls. I called two other locksmiths and one of them got back to me. He asked for pictures of the lock which I sent. He told me I should call a safe company. Then, I called 001 24 HOUR LOCKOUT WINDWARD (strange name, something about sorting order - great service). Karen actually knew about my Lockey lock and set up a time for the next day. Her GPS led her astray, but we got her to my house after a short delay. She pulled the lock apart and instantly knew that an incorrect bolt assembly had been installed which had damaged the spindle. She replaced the bolt with my replacement and straightened the old spindle. She set the combinations on both sides of the lock to my wife's preference and was done. I now have a spare lock ($270) and will order a replacement bolt. I didn't think she charged me enough, so I gave her a $40 tip and a generous hunk of a smoked pork loin I made the day before. Great experience. True professional. Karen is my Go To locksmith from here on out.

Had closed a door with a locked door knob without anyone in the room and no way to get into it. Unsuccessful attempts to unlock the door knob through the little hole prompted the removal of the knob by taking off the screws. The knob with the lock fell off the door into the locked room. Many unsuccessful attempts were made to pull on the latch and release the door. I even called Kwikset and received guidance on how to open the door. Nothing worked. Took a chance and called superwoman Karen. She came to the rescue and was fighting with this lock within 30 minutes and as stubborn as it was, the door popped open a short time later. She did need to peel away the casing on the latch but she eventually got it open! Before you get that far, call Karen. She would have been able to unlock the knob without having to unscrew it and would have saved so much time, effort and frustration. And we wouldn’t have needed to buy a new knob. But if you do run into a similar situation, call her anyway because she saved us a door!

Super fast and super responsive! I called Karen at 6:30 pm and she picked up on the first ring (no annoying answering machines) and she was at my home in Kaneohe in less than 15 minutes. I tried several other 24/7 locksmiths -- I got answering machines for every one of them! Karen was efficient (was-in in less than 10 minutes, even with a dead bolt!), very knowledgeable, and provided me free advice on how to prevent future lock-outs without inviting thieves (i.e. avoid lock boxes and hiding keys under things or around the area!). She's going to be my go-to locksmith. I love how quickly she responded. I thought I was going to have to wait hours for someone to show up because of the time of day. PLUS I was expecting a huge bill for getting a response so quickly and at that time of day.
