Accidentally locked myself out of my apartment and Kevin and David were able to come in 15 minutes to help get me in. Turns out my building has some really tough locks, but they were able to open the door and replace my lock in no time. They even took the whole locking mechanism apart to fix a problem I didn't even know I had! They were extremely professional and gave me a great quote even with all the extra work they had to do. My daughter had dropped her airpod down a city vent, it was 10 feet below this vent. We were trying to fish it out but were stuck, David of Nolita locksmith appeared like some kind of low key super hero and invented a little tool from duct tape that reunited my daughter with her airpod! Coming back to Lower East Side Manhattan, from Thanksgiving break and a short vacation in Canada, I came back to my bedroom door being locked out!
