This is the 2nd time now that I’ve used this service and have been absolutely blown away. Both times I called he was quick to respond. He was about 20 minutes away each time and he was inside my car within 10 minutes as well. On both occasions I was sure that I would be stranded there and thanks to him I wasn’t. I highly recommend to anyone!

I had a gentleman named Mike come help me, only took half an hour to get here and apologized for being a bit late, he couldn't have been a more friendly and understanding dude. I'm going to use this place again for when I inevitably lock myself out

We were locked out of our home due to a malfunctioning deadbolt.They came right out on the weekend and they were in our home and had the deadbolt fixed within 15 mins. Fast great service at a great price. Would recommend to everyone .Definately 5 start service

My elderly family member was at the store and managed to lock her keys in her car. Her insurance company couldn't get anyone to her until after midnight. This company get to her within 30 minutes of her call. The technician was fast and super nice! Definitely going to call the next time I'm locked out.

Locked myself out my home this morning while on my way to work. I try to have extra keys so I can avoid calling a company fearing of prices that companies will charge. AJ was AMAZING! price was reasonable. Huge bonus for me that he did take credit cards. Also, I love how he greet me and asked how is my day besides being locked out. Literally took some seconds for him to do! I literally blink my eye once and he was done lol. THANKS AJ SO MUCH! Appreciate you! My day is so much better lol such a relief.

Got our house unlocked in under an hour from placing the call. AJ has a great sense of humor in the midst of a stressful situation. While I hope to never have to use an emergency locksmith again, it I do I know who to call first. Two other emergency locksmiths didn’t answer their phones.

Every other locksmith was closed so I called this number. Let me tell you it was the best person to call. He came over to our home in about 20 min after I called. Amazing service -- literally. Within a half hour of my call they were at my house to address a locked door. Within minutes of that the job was complete. Not only was the locksmith friendly, down to earth and very personable, he was knowledgeable answered some other lock related questions and threw in an extra key at no cost to me. The best part was that he charge thirty dollars less than his so called "competitors"! Patten Locksmith comes highly recommended!

This guy is awesome. After I lost my keyfob I locked my keys in my car twice. He is so nice, arrived quickly, and was in my car in 30 seconds flat. After A-1 left me stranded (& I was talking to someone in a call center in Texas re: why no one was ever coming after 30 mins of waiting) I was truly happy to see a one man band show up and provide reliable, reassuring service amidst a stressful event. The cherry on top was that as a single female I also felt totally safe! 💁🏼‍♀️ All in all a great experience - I’m going to purchase a keyfob from him instead of the dealership! (Side note: this is only the second review I’ve written in my life, which means I was motivated to write it)

We were locked out of my sister's home late afternoon on a holiday. We made quite a few calls to get a locksmith. Most places were closed or had no one to help us. Mike and his wife who run the business are very friendly, attentive, and professional. Mike went above and beyond replacing broken hardware on our front door from the 1950's that I'm fairly certain no other locksmith would have been willing to touch. Did I mention this was on a Sunday? It would have been much easier for Mike to just tell us that the front door needed to be replaced, and subsequently decline the job. He didn't do that though. He did great work and saved our front door which saved my wife and I a great deal of money. The next time we need lock work, well be calling Patten Locksmith. Thanks for the great work Mike!
