I was super stressed out about loosing my only keys and he fixed the problem in 30 minutes! He problem solved right on the spot and wouldn’t let me leave without a working key. He also gave me information to save money the next time If I lose my key. He was fast and accurate.

I lost my only car key and when I called the dealership they gave me an estimate of it being at least $700 due to the make and model needing to have its dashboard taken apart. They also told me I would be without my car for at least 3-5 days. With work and other demands of life I started to panic. I started calling all lock smiths in GR and the few that were open agreed with the dealership and said they couldn’t help me. Key Rescue LLC also saw the challenge this specific car posed but Bao was still whiling to try to get me a new key that could be programmed in a few hours. He was fantastic and he got it to work at a fraction of the price! He was friendly and communicated very well. There was no false hope because he was honest at every step of the process. I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me. I would recommend this company to anyone, I had an excellent experience.

They were available for me right away when I lost the keys to my car. I didn’t have a spare, so they had to create a brand new one for my Toyota Corrolla. They were easy to communicate with, he sent me text updates throughout the process and it didn’t take very long for him to deliver the new keys to me. I’ve also been in contact with him the next day, too, and he is going to program another key for me, this time with the fob for lock/unlock and popping the trunk. Very affordable, very responsive, arrived on time, great customer service, and has been east to get ahold of for follow up questions/services. The number is now stored in my phone as The Locksmith Guy, and will definitely be the first ones I call whenever I need a locksmith.

5 stars are not enough to rate my satisfaction with Key Rescues. From the initial conversation i was set at ease that the job could be done. My son stuck a piece of metal in my ignition lock cylinder and I couldn't remove it or find anyone in town that could handle the task. Key Rescues knocked it out with no problems. Excellent service, AMAZING prices, super courteous would recommend over any others.

My new car locked itself! Yikes ! Both key fobs inside! Luckily my phone was not inside. I was able to call Key Rescues and my call was quickly answered on a Saturday afternoon. Only 5 minutes later the rescue tech showed up and as he was working I received a follow up call asking if I had been contacted yet by his employee. I let him know that yeah, the guy was already here! In a short time my vehicle was unlocked! And I was able to be on my way, not late ! I would definitely recommend this company. I hope I don’t get myself locked out again but if I do I will call Key Rescues.

I called Key Rescue at 5am on a Sunday morning. Lost my key to my car. He came immediately! We were having a tough time turning off the car alarm on my car. He was extremely timely and very fast with the re-keying of the house. Also very reasonable as well. He ran into unexpected issues with the locks that required a replacement lock. I only paid for the parts of the lock and he ran to the store and picked them up himself. He didn't charge extra for the labor after the said issue and was so reasonable. I called him at 9 am to see if they'd be available to do it, and he had it done same day which was unexpected on my end. I could not recommend his service enough. Fantastic communication. I will most certainly be using his services in the future.

This was the most Professional Service that I have ever used for locking myself out of the vehicle which I am notorious for doing. They were incredibly considerate and made sure that we were taken care of and much faster than a timely fashion. They made sure to check up on us to make sure that everything was great afterwards. That just gives you an idea of how professional and detail-oriented they are and are truly looking out for their customers best interests while saving them some money. I recommended the service and I can promise that the next time I locked myself out of the vehicle, which hopefully is not anytime soon again, I will be using Key Rescues.

So, it’s been a quite an adventure in the losing of car my keys. Sunday night my keys were lost- possibly stolen from my place of work. I was unable to drive my car, due to not having a spare key. Monday morning I went to the dealership to get new keys. The dealership initially said that I could program at least my individual key by myself; this turned out to be completely false. As the dealership essentially sold me a faulty key. After many many many calls to many locksmiths, none of whom were available in this case of emergency- I finally was able to get in contact with Bao Nguyen! He answered promptly, he was friendly, polite, and there on the spot when I needed him. He was an angel and a miracle! Not to mention he went way way way above and beyond. He realized that the dealership key I was given was faulty, he cut it down himself to make it fit into the ignition to get the programming going. After the first round of attempted programming; it was an absolute fail! He left to make a new copy of said key, came back to my place of work- mind you, a man I knew absolutely nothing about took my brand new keys that I paid $212 for with the promise of returning and the guarantee of “I’m gonna get your keys working for you”, he came back as promised, and worked his super magic. After having the right keys, finally, Bao was able to get my individual key programmed- as well as my new key fob in less than 30 minutes! He gave me a stellar price compared to what most locksmiths and a dealership would charge! He could have charged me well over $100-$150 for the amount of service he provided. But gave me an amazing reduced rate. I will add, he did the second round of work in the freezing cold- with a bad storm going too! Granted- I was absolutely defeated and exhausted by the time I was able to get into contact with him. After hours and hours of running around and making phone calls with no headway making in the process. I had called 12 locksmiths that day and was pretty much over the whole situation! He was a savior in this emergency and I absolutely will use him in the future and recommend him from here on out! He was the only locksmith willing to drop everything to help me and I couldn’t have gotten my car and keys going without him. The amount of compassion and empathy he showed when he realized I was at my wits end- you can’t get just anywhere! So a huge huge thank you and shout out to Bao, for being such an amazing and knowledgeable man!

Thank you so much for your speedy friendly service! Our dog accidentally flipped our deadbolt on our house. The key for that lock was as you guessed, in the house. He was here in about 15 minutes and it took all of 5 minutes to open. It’s about 20 degrees outside and he even offered to let us sit in his car to stay warm. Very VERY pleased! This is hands down the absolute best business I've ever encountered in this industry or any industry in general!! Bao is an extremely talented individual and is super courteous to say the least. I lost my car key yesterday taking a walk in a forested area near the office where I work and I had barely any money so I couldn't afford any other locksmith. I called up Bao not only did he drive to me and copy a key, he drove me to my house so I could get ready for work and he picked me up as well. We got back to my car and it turns out the ignition was so incredibly worn down that the key even with the original VIN did not start up my car, he ended up going through 3 DIFFERENT KEYS and GRINDED THEM DOWN until he MATCHED the natural wear pattern of my ignition. Everybody else would have told me I'd need a new ignition, Bao did not give up and is incredibly gifted at what he does. He gave me two fully functioning keys and discounted his price because I was almost broke!! If you can find a locksmith that will go to the lengths this business did, then let me know because I can promise you he is one in a million. He's an absolute God Send ,I will only ever use Key Rescues LLC and will refer absolutely everybody to him. Exceptional service he is honestly the best you'll find I GUARANTEE IT!!!

Bao from Key Rescues saved me. I was having the worst morning. I woke up late, then I couldn't find my van key fob. My children were late for school. I was late to work. So I called Key Rescues, not knowing what kind of service to expect. Bao, who is the sweetest man, drove all the way from Walker to Hudsonville right away. He opened my van door with a key he had (not the pole that jams thru the window and door frame) and then I told him I have a key fob for the van but it doesn't work. He then offered to program it for $75, and completely waive the lockout fee of $60. He then programmed the key fob in seconds. So my total charge was only $75, for unlocking my van and reprogramming an old key fob I had lying around. The service Bao of Key Rescues provided was fast, professional, well priced, and just unbelievable really. I saved his number for future key needs. Thank you Bao.

Bao was the most helpful person I spoke with today and went far, far above and beyond. I needed a new key with remote access for my 2014 Prius C (for manual locking/driving as well as clicker-unlock). He spoke with me on the phone, then texted me additional information/links of what I could try myself for the clicker portion to save money, then found a locksmith who specialized in this area and gave me his name explaining that this would be the best deal for what I needed. I had called about 6 other locksmiths today (and the Toyota dealer) all of which either said they couldn't do it or quoted me $350-500! Ultimately, I have the correct key coming in the mail overnight for $80 and a full programming/cutting quote for $50. Absolutely amazing service, communication, and knowledge.
