I needed to replace a key fob for my Jeep. The dealer wanted over $450. After doing research, I found The Lockshop. They ordered me a fob, guaranteed to work like the original. It proved difficult to program due to Jeep's factory standards. In fact, it required an extra cable the shop didn't have. Instead of saying "no can do", they ordered the cable. Called me back when it arrived, completed the programming. The fob works great. These guys went above and beyond. And I paid less than half if what the dealer wanted. I'd recommend this business to anyone!

Garage door opener stopped working after me and my 4 kids went out through the garage for a walk, so we were locked out of the house. These guys responded quickly, were very pleasant, and were able to unlock the front door in a short time! Even though the lock wouldn't pick and they needed to make a key, they charged us exactly what they quoted. Very nice to be helped so quickly and no surprise charges or anything.

We had an issue at our office where we couldn’t get into an essential room because the lock tumbler randomly broke! It was on a Friday (because of course)- but Larry made sure we were taken care of by noon that day. He was prompt to respond, extremely professional, explained the issue so we could understand, and was a great value. Highly recommend this business! Although- hopefully I never need their services again!

I work for a maintenance company that requires me to get locks re-keyed now and then. I really like how fast they are. I also like using their door locks more so than buying them from a hardware store as for some reason I never have to fight getting the screws in. The customer service is fantastic they carry some hard to find latches that I've had to replace. Also if your looking for something better than WD40 try using Tru-Flow which works way better for door locks, its allot more expensive but I will never use anything but that from now on.

Locked myself out of a car with an hour to make it to my flight. Made it to the flight on time and had as close to a stress free experience as possible. Rich was very professional and friendly, quick, and didn't leave a single mark on my car. Overall experience when the Smith arrived was 5 minutes. Would highly recommend if you ever find yourself in a similar situation

Just another manic Monday! Headed out to school and work, only to lock my toddler and keys in my running vehicle. The overwhelming emotions of feeling like an awful mother. Larry arrived very quickly and had my car unlocked within two minutes! Never have I had such a great experience. It quickly became clear to me the values he has for his customers. All he cared was that my child was safe in my vehicle. What an amazing man and company. I will be calling them if I ever need help again! Thank you Larry!

I lost a master key that was used for about 22 different locks, I was told by a different lockshop that I would need to re key every lock and it would cost over $200. Took only two of the locks down to this shop and they were able to figure out what the master key would be in about 10 minutes, total cost $23. Excellent service and knowledgeable techs

Gary came to our rescue when our Cocker Spaniel jumped on the lock switch inside door lock of our RV and locked us out--Gary fixed the problem in a few minutes by picking both locks. I wouldn't have believed it unless I saw it--he was fast and a super nice guy. We were traveling in our RV for a dog show far away from home. 5 STAR RATING!

Professionals. Plain and simple. Years ago, I went there for a last ditch effort to get a specialty motorcycle key copied. Every place in town said they didn't carry the blanks. I walked in the door, held up the key from about ten feet away and the gentleman behind the counter said "oh, is that a late 80s Yamaha?". That was a great sign. they had 3 left on the shelf and cut them for me. I went in to get some copies of a house key after I installed a new electronic lock. since the brand was a bit shady, all of the keys I had cut at walmart would not work at all. The locksmith even used a caliper to set the machine to the custom size to make sure it was right. and they didn't stamp their name into the keys like another place in town does. Glad I know of a reliable, knowledgeable place in town to go for keys and locks.
