As anyone who lives here knows the power goes out often and thought it usually turns back in 1-2-3 hours. I was locked out of my home until then and didn’t have the time to waste. Looked on google and found 24 hr lockouts . I only had to wait 10-15 minutes before a tech was out to me and had me back in the house.

9:30 at night, arrived in 30 minutes, about a minute to open the car lock, he told me because my car is a new car and night emergency, so charge $150! The service was very good, but the price was too much higher than expected The $20 price on the website is only for children locked in the car

The guy that came to my place of work to unlock a guest’s car was very polite and professional, but the price was ridiculous. 138.00 total he charged to a little old lady. I felt so bad for her because she barely had any money as it is. I understand he probably couldn’t help with the price but damn.

Great guy, called a bunch of other locksmiths and everyone of them said they couldn't make it out and gave some lame excuse. But not this guy he was an all star got there in 5 MINUTES!!!! THATS INSANE! Took about a minute for him to do, it was more than I wanted to pay but after he explained how it's $50 min and it goes up from there based on what's getting unlocked, weather, day, and time. It made since I know I'd charge an arm and a leg if I were him. If you need good solid work call them!

I recieved outstanding service from this company, I had locked my keys in my car and just got off work and had to rush to pick my son up from daycare so I was panicking and the locksmith that had came and unlocked my car for me showed up great timing and gave amazing service he was very polite and also very professional, it only took him about 2 min tops to get my car unlocked so I could be on my way to go pick up my son, also the rates were pretty decent I feel like I got a pretty good price compared to other companies I have gone through in the past, if I remember correctly the lock smiths name was devonte? If I ever have another problem like that I am definitely without hesitation going trough this company again

A Sunday call around 13:00 is about $109 bucks with tip for a house lockout. The locksmith who showed up was professional and timely. The $20 starting point is for child lockout emergencies as stated in the fine print on the website. It was more than I would like to have paid but better than breaking something to get back in.
