I was really impressed with the speed of the response to my call for help. The problem was in a room that my elderly sick mother is currently living in so when the external lock broke I was in a bit of a panic. He arrived and quickly assessed the problem which he solved in a professional and calm manner. I was really impressed by this young man and would be happy to use his services again. everybody, including the dealer wanted to just replace the whole switch at a hefty cost! He rebuilt my cylinder for me AND took the microchip from my old key and put it into a newly cut laser key. The rebuilt cylinder works like a dream! Fair prices and friendly service, there IS NO OTHER locksmith I will ever use!!
