After failing to rekey several new handle locks and deadbolts on my own, I bagged them up and ran them over to Craley's for repair. These guys got my locks sorted out in a matter of hours and were even able to replace all the springs and top pins I either lost or destroyed. Great service. Cool staff. I would definitely recommend.

Two days after getting the keys to our new home, I managed to get one of them stuck in the doorknob and then I broke the doorknob trying to get it out. We contacted Craley's and they said they would be able to send someone the next afternoon. Then they called and said they could squeeze us in that day, which was great. I thought we would have to purchase a whole new doorknob but they said they could fix the current knob and save us money by just re-keying the door instead of buying a whole new lock. The tech that came out was friendly and worked quickly. We asked for five copies and he said he miscounted so he gave us an extra one for free! Excellent, reasonably priced company-- I would absolutely recommend.

They gave me an outrageous price to get a new key for my car....so I looked on amazon like everyone does nowadays but their prices seemed a little fishy. Wonderful business! All employees were very friendly. I basically killed my kfob by dropping it on the ground it went into several pieces. I went into the store. the fobs were ordered and within a couple days I had the new fobs. The gentleman programmed them to my car and I was in and out quite quickly. Amazing service. Came out first thing to my place and had a key made for my Triumph Daytona 675. Instantly identified the last place I had make my key (snap n crack), used the wrong style key for the job and was able to make me the correct one on the spot that fit all my key slots, unlike the other that barely fit my gas tank. Instead of going to the dealership and getting charged hundreds of dollars for a duplicate, I sought out local locksmiths per a recommendation online on forums. I called Craley’s Lock Company and Frank answered. He assured me that not only did they have a key blank on hand for Yamaha motorcycles, but that it could be done within minutes. Sure enough, I was in and out of the shop within 10 minutes. Frank was a pleasure to deal with and a complete professional. I will definitely be coming back again.

I lost the ONLY key that I had to my 2003 Toyota Camry in late December. Knowing that I had to contact a locksmith was not a good feeling since I knew it would cost a good bit. I was also aware of many locksmithing fraud's that exist thanks to the local media. I called around and got many quotes ranging from$250-$500 to craft a replacement key. And then I called Craley's. Jim returned my call quickly on a Saturday and agreed to craft me a replacement key on a Sunday for MUCH cheaper than any of these quotes. I was skeptical, but agreed of course. He came to my apartment, and although I kept a close eye on him because of skepticism, he delivered a key to my car and really got me out of a bind while saving me money within an hour. I am thankful to have found him, and if I need a locksmith in the future, he will be getting my business. Thanks again!

He did everything possible to unstick the tumblers so I could use my original parts. Even with that, his professionalism and mood were terrific. Great fast service! I went in for a new key & to get a key fob fixed for my daughters Honda. He was able to put a screw in her current fob, and didn't charge anything for that. My 2006 Honda Element ignition switch lock froze up so I called Germain Honda for a repair. I was quoted almost $900.00. I looked on-line on how to remove the switch myself and found it easy to do. I took the switch to Craley's Lock Company after reading a similar review to mine. He completely rebuilt the switch for only $65.00! I then reinstalled the switch in the Element in about 20 minutes and it works perfectly. Great service, even better price!!!

I have passed this place to and from my way home on countless occasions. I had a recent mishap with a lost key to my vehicle. I contacted not 1, not 2, but 3 Ford Dealerships for them to tell me that not only would I need to purchase the key at $35 & but pay an additional $135 for programming of the key. They also noted I would need an appointment and could not do it same day. Nervous I would lose my spare keys, I knew I had to act fast. I thought that I saw a place who makes keys next to the Gahanna Lanes Bowling Ally and immediately traveled to Craley’s. When I pulled up, I was greeted by a man outside working on a project with another gentleman. I was welcomed to sit inside to wait and was greeted again within another five minutes of playing with a fidget spinner attached to a pen in the front office. Once the man came in I gave him the rundown and it was all history. I was out the door in 5 minutes with a brand new car key, programmed and all for $79 A big thank you to Craleys for a quick and painless job well done. Who knew that such a small and legitimate business could do such a good job. This is one of the good ones. A much better deal than all dealerships and they’ve now earned a return customer. Hopefully I won’t flush another pair of keys down the toilet. Cheers!

I was informed that these keys often do not work so he offered to order me a new, genuine Jeep key with remote. Went to the shop and 10 minutes later I was on the road again! Great service!

If you are in need of a locksmith, this is the company to use. Fast, friendly service at a price you can afford. They saved me hundreds of dollars. I called, made an appointment and the complicated key I needed was made in minutes....while I waited. Do not be fooled by the 19.00 service call offered by those other company's you see at the top of a Google search. If the price seems too good to be true....then it probably is. They spend thousands of dollars a month to be in that spot on Google...how do you think they pay for it????.....by ripping off their customers or destroying your property because they don't have a clue how to make a key,get into your vehicle, home or safe. Luckily after to speaking with "that other locksmith company"..... I made a call to Craley's Lock Company Inc. and got exactly what I needed at a fair price. I highly recommend this company.

I had a non-working lock on my entry door. I stopped into Craleys in hopes the lock could be repaired. Jim answered all my questions and explained what made my lock different and why it wasn't something that could be fixed. He spent some time on the phone trying to track down a replacement before suggesting I leave my name and number so I could get on with my day and that he would get back to me with what he found. Less than 2 hours later Jim called with a phone number for me to call. He had discovered the lock was under warranty and provided me with all the information I needed to get it replaced free of charge. He wasn't required to any of the homework he did on my behalf and could of simply sold me a new lock. It was obvious that he is very knowledgeable about his work but I also found out he is honest and has a very rare thing called integrity.

After losing my only key in a motorcycle accident, I searched far and wide for a locksmith capable of helping me out in a time-sensitive and tricky situation. Shop after shop demanded I bring in the ignition (which I could not do due to my lack of tools); Craley's, on the other hand, offered to do it with the actual bike. When I went out on a limb and asked if he could do it from a clear picture of the key, I was blown away when he said he could and we agreed on a very reasonable price. He had it ready the very next morning and it worked on the first try. If you need a locksmith, try here first!

Tried getting a copy of a key made for 09 Subaru Forester from Byers Airport Subaru, people who worked there didn't know what they were doing. Bad experience and way overpriced so I left. Called Craley's that same day and set up an appointment to have the key made and programmed at the shop the next day after I got off work. Had two spares cut and programmed for less than the cost of 1 key at Byers Subaru and Craley's answered all my questions and was much more helpful.

This morning I had a major case of the Mondays and I walked out of the house and locked the door only to realize I left my keys inside. It was before 8am and I wasn't sure who to call when I Googled locksmiths in Gahanna. I bought a used car with a key that only worked on the ignition. The fob stopped working a few days later and I was pretty much out of luck. Fortunately I found this guy on Google reviews and went over to have him see what he could do. He originally quoted me a price for a key over the phone if he had to make one. I got there and he made me an even better deal to just fix the lock so my current key would work. Twenty minutes later he had not only fixed the lock, but cut me a key anyway since my ignition key was so worn. Now I have a new key and clean locks. Couldn't ask for more. You'd be silly not to give him a try.

I ended up at Carley's via a google search and being close I thought I would give them a try. They looked at the key understood the problem right away and explained why the key was difficult to make for the lock that I have. The man went out of his way to help me. He custom made a key. And then came out to my house to finally "hand fit" the key to the lock. I also witnessed him on the phone with a customer who he treated as he treated me. Which was nothing less than professional. I order keys for my Harley-Davidson from dealer and they didn't work they told me I had to change my locks they said a locksmith couldn't make them .SO I CALLED "CRALEY LOCK COMPANY" I ASK HIM IF HE MAKE KEYS FOR A HARLEY HE SAID YES TOLD ME HE TOLD ME BRING IT TO HIM IT TOOK HIM ABOUT 15 MIN.
