He is a very honest and professional individual. He will not rip you off like many other Companies do. I called him out at 10pm at night and he was at the property in no time. He took no time at all in finding out what the issue was and found a solution in a matter od minutes at a very reasonable price. I was dreading the hefty bill but this wasn't the case. I would recommend to anyone that needs the services Tech provides. You will not be disappointed!

Kenna, is a delightful young man! He came out when needed within a half hour of my stranded need for assistance. Not only was Kenna able to get us back into the house... he knew that after unlocking the “very secure lockable screen door”, that upon then unlocking the front door locks that the pressure being placed on the back side of the door ...he did it to force any pressure on the door as this could damage and possibly break said door. We then went to an alternate door and wahlah success! As requested the locks and door knobs were all changed out as this was a new to us “ This Old House”! Very pleased ... yes ... a little pricey ... but, the call system in which they use is its own security that you are both getting a safe and sound service, and be a destination. Very professional, kind, and knowledgeable! I would recommend this service! I would say that if you were placing this service through insurance the rate is good. But, again a little pricey for the general run of the mill quick service.If you are thinking that $85.00 is a way to make a living these days. But, if you didn’t need the service you wouldn’t need to call... I’ll pay a little more for safe, sound, Professional, and kind services. I would recommend identification for Kenna with a picture ID, and a professional service card to go along with this service. In general it always pays to be safe and identified no matter what kind of service work you do anymore. Thank you Kenna!! Have a great rest of your day.

Columbus metro locksmith went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. I was locked out of my house one night because I lost my keys. I was so lucky that they answered the phone, as the majority of locksmiths were off for the night. The technician arrived quickly and explained pricing very clearly to me. Ordering a locksmith can be stressful and scary when it comes to pricing, however I had nothing but a positive experience with this company.
