I have AAA roadside assistance. I placed a call with AAA after locking my keys in my car. After an hour wait I called AAA to check the status. Their response was they haven't been able to get anyone to take my service need in my area. I got on Google and found The Chapin Lock Guy. He was there in 30 minutes of my call and was that far away. He headed out the door as soon as he got the call. Very professional and quick service! So very thankful for him! Not so much with AAA. Highly recommend The Chapin Lock Guy!

Great experience! The Chapin Lock Guy was very professional and knowledgable on how to change lock on a vintage children's coin operated ride. I was concerned about replacing the lock, as we did not have original key. We did not want to compromise the ride. Chapin Lock Guy was able to change out lock without any problems, thus maintaining the authenticity of the vintage equipment. The Chapin Lock Guy is now our lock specialist!

Michael was great. We dropped the keys to our truck at a lake loading ramp. We were stuck with no spare key. Within 45 minutes Michael was there and made us a new key. Very professional and timely! I had one working key fob for my vehicle that partially failed. He was able to order 2 fobs quickly. I met him at his office and he jumped right on it, cutting the emergency blanks, programming the fobs, and making sure the proximity function worked. I was impressed with his professionalism. We were unable to open the lock on the door to enter our attached garage. My call to Chapin Lock Guy was promptly answered; he was pleasant and professional. He advised me that since this call was outside of normal business hours, it's best for him to do the service the next day to avoid a surcharge. He arrived at the time we arranged. He completed what I thought was a difficult job in a timely manner, all while being pleasant and courteous. I am very satisfied with his work and would use his services, need arising, in the future.

Quick non-emergency service of no more than two minutes to program a new key fob to our truck. $100 for one fob. Offered us a deal to program the second one for $75.00 more, which we declined. Very friendly, very efficient service but not inexpensive.
