Called Jeff about an hour before I needed him and he met me at my apartment which I mistakenly locked my key inside. After about 10 minutes he got my door open and the charge on a Sunday was extremely reasonable. I recommend him highly compared to Brand X across town, call him for all your unfortunate locksmith needs. Thanks again Jeff, i will refer you as needed and if needbe use you again!!

I Spent an hour trying to get into my bedroom due to faulty lock. I gave up and called the lockout guy. He came right away. Got me in lickety-split! Fast , Friendly, and affordable! Great customer service!! I highly recommend this company!

Very prompt, personable, and professional. Called to get help with a faulty deadbolt that prevented getting the door open and the owner came out personally, got the deadbolt working properly, and his price was very reasonable compared to competitors. Called him on a Saturday and he was there within 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! I decided to take my dogs out for a bike ride and my evil slider door decided to lock itself. These guys were amazing after I was about in tears from being locked out my neighbor called them for me and they were there in 20 minutes to help me get back into my apartment. Quick professional and awesome customer service. Hopefully I do not have to call them again but I know who to call if I get locked out again. Thank you guys!
