Broke my immobilizer inside of my 2004 vw key. Couldn’t fix my key but was able to provide me with a valet key which doesn’t have buttons which is fine because my original key buttons still worked. Made appointment 7pm and they showed up next day noon time. Really fast and polite. Overall service was worth the price since my car was stuck and couldn’t drive which helped because I think the dealership may have charged me around the same price, these guys did save me from having to tow my car. “For my Volkswagen” Service call-30$ Program key-180$ Key code-70$ (Replacement) Regular key-20$ 300$ in total but with the quickness and helping me not be stuck and not having to tow my car to the dealership it was worth the price I recommend these guys any day !

Only around 30 minutes passed from the time I called to when I was back in my apartment. Tremendous service during a stressful time. They even provided comic relief during the unlock. Hopefully I won’t need to call again, but definitely saving the number just in case.

I was impressed with the service and response time . Mike came within 2 hours of my call and installed a new lock on my front door. He returned bright and early the next day when I had difficulty with the lock. The door had slid down and was not lining up correctly. No charge. I would highly recommend Watertown Finest Locksmith.

I attempted to drill the core on my own as the previous locksmith wanted to charge me over $200. When I mentioned this he made an appropriate comment. He unlocked the door despite my faulty drilling. He offered to put in a new lock but I declined the offer. He took time to explain the best quality locks and adjustments required to install a smart lock. He was pleasant, professional, and I would recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith. Thanks for great service.

These guys are great! I was in a pinch the other day and they were a big help! I had lost my cars key and didn't have a spare. My car was locked and parked outside my apartment. They came out that same day and were able to get inside my car and make a new key right away. They were also able to make me a spare when I went to their store location for a very reasonable price. Quick, easy and affordable. Nikolai was very personable and accommodating, and was able to copy my house key in less than 90 seconds to the exact shape and size. Kiosk location is easy to find, right inside Watertown Mall with ample parking. Will be coming back! P.S. Copying keys with an engraved "Do Not Copy" or "Duplication Prohibited" is perfectly legal and Finest Locksmith is happy to do it for you. :)

Lovely people, multilingual, and fast!!! No appointment needed. Replaced the automatic car key battery AND fixed the automatic door lock/unlock feature in 15 minutes. If I had gone to the dealer, I would have had to leave my car overnight!

I recently had about 60 keys copied for a a couple of apartment buildings. I went to the Watertown Mall location and the locksmith was very thorough and professional. He made the copies while I waited and I was impressed with his efficiency. Excellent job and strongly recommended.

I'm so incredibly glad I found these guys. They were so kind, generous, and personal with the way they helped me out. If anyone in the Boston area EVER needs a locksmith, go to them. They are seriously out of this world amazing. Long story short, my car key was stuck in the ignition and a different locksmith company botched the job and left me hanging with a disassembled steering wheel panel and no key. I brought my car to Gennadiy at Finest Locksmith and he reassembled my steering wheel panel, cut me a new key AND a spare key, and charged me $300 LESS than the other locksmith quoted. And he did it all within 25 minutes. All in all, I saved $300 and walked away with 2 sets of working car keys. Thank you SO much Gennadiy and Finest Locksmiths!!!!

Fantastic service. I needed to cut a key from a bitting code and he was able to do it on the spot in no time. If you need additional car key with remote, you can save about $80-90 compared with dealer prices. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Fantastic and quick service! Had to get a new lock since the previous tenant used a generic lock which ruined our keys. Quickly resolved the issue and got us new locks and keys and also explained why it wasn’t working and quickly resolved it.

What a big help George was for me. I lost my only set of car keys for an old ford Taurus. I called my local locksmith shop in Southie and they referred me to contact George. I called George and he got back to me within minutes. His schedule was very flexible and he came to help me out within a few hours of contacting him. I contacted a few other locksmith that could create keys and his price was the lowest out of them. Would definitely recommend George if you are ever in this situation. Its great to help build the small businesses where the employees will always help and put the customer first!

After a stellar performance Finest Locksmith is the company that I will use for future problems. Nikolay does not have tunnel vision. He analyzes a problem intelligently and uses more than just the usual locksmithing techniques. Had a locking industrial credenza that was delivered jammed. He not only drilled it out, but returned to re-engineer it once a new keyset arrived. Turned out it needed a bit of carpentry to fix the problem as it was not made correctly. Nikolay quickly and readily resolved everything.
