I lost my keys and was devastated. I called the office and they sent a gentleman named Shi out to my home promptly. He was punctual and professional. I had 8 locks to replace between the front and the kitchen doors and as you could imagine how costly that would be but he was very reasonable. I left my keys in Pennsylvania when I flew to the Atlanta airport to pick up my car in the parking lot. I called J & G to help me out and by the time the plane landed, a technician was waiting at my car in the parking lot to help me out. I had my new key in less than 15 minutes, cannot recommend enough!

It was so cold outside and i locked myself out my house. I called J & G and the technician on the phone was very nice. He told me he would be there in 20 mins and got to my house in 10. He did a phenomenal job! He got the job done in less that 20 mins! Very nice people and very great service! I am beyond impressed and would highly recommend if you need a locksmith!!

So I own a few properties in Atlanta and from time to time I need to get a hold of a professional locksmith to change locks or simply open doors ref evictions. I needed to get somone out asap. I called j&g and spoke to somone I'm guessing the office. Btw the company I used is out of business. I explained that I need to get them out to assist with eviction and change the locks as well. Like I said earlier I do this aot in South Florida where i manage the majority of my portfolio. The person on the phone was professional and courteous. I felt good about this right away. The tech showed up in the am promptly with a company truck and dressed in company attire, also a good sign. He managed to get us in a minute and installed 2 sets of locks quick and painless. His prices were great and I added them to my contact list for future issues. Thank you for being so quick and nice. I'm guessing it's a southern hospitality thing too. But we all should learn these manners. I will be calling you guys for all our locksmith needs. Oh yea I think the techs name was shy (hope I spelled it correct). Your company is lucky to have suck a tech. Again thank you.

Overall Decent service from the technician. They either have a communication problem or just changed the price at the last minute. I've told customer service and the technician when they called that my car was a push to start also information of my car and i needed a new key to program it. It was first stated that it was $200 then when finished it was $250 because it was a "Special Key". So i gave this company a Neutral rating.
