He was so nice and honest over the phone. When I went to drop my key off he was even nicer! Truly a treasure to find someone who knows what they are doing and is so kind and funny!

My son was locked out of his house in negative temps when his dog jumped on the door and pushed down the lock lever while my son was taking his other dog out to potty. After already being outside for some time trying to find a way in, My son called some other locksmith who showed up without the right tools (can you believe that?!) and then proceeded to leave my son in the freezing cold with nothing but a sweatshirt to go back and get his tools. He never showed back up and my son ended up going to the hospital in an ambulance. So, I called David at Wasilla Locksmith and he was friendly, genuinely concerned and rushed right over to my son’s home. He was able to get the lock open and he made a spare key. He gave the keys to my son’s coworker who had called 911 for my son and had come to the house at that point. He charged me exactly what he had quoted. I highly recommend Wasilla locksmith safe and vault!! They will take care of you! He also didn’t Ask for any payment info until after the job was done and he kept me posted as he arrived to the home as I am out of state and was worried about my son. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thank you David!!

My door handle was damaged in the quake and when I went to get my snowblower out of the shed the other day the door wouldn’t budge. Called David and he was here right on time and had my door open in 5 minutes. Great guy, great attitude. Most locksmiths that I’ve met are so gruff and serious, David got the job done with a big smile. Thanks again!

This guy works in a shop next to his house. He is extremely personable and spent quite a bit of time with us addressing our security concerns. He is an ex-cop and is quite knowledgeable. We use him every time we need a deadbolt re-keyed or have other locksmith needs.

I called to find out if they cut keys. Even though they unfortunately do not, they were extremely helpful leading me in the right direction. I then inquired about his safe and vault locksmith experience and wow, was I impressed! Very knowledge and quite helpful, I decided to send a family member with a troubling safe...
