Got some keys made super quick today for my Thule bike racks! Bought the truck with them on and no keys. Just gave the owner Scott the info and they were done in 5 minutes!! Quick, affordable, and great customer service.

I have a story to tell: was looking for a gun safe and i made a mistake purchasing a safe from a competitor, took it to my house and attached it to the concrete floor. Within a week the electronic lock would not open it, I tried changing batteries and all the normal stuff but it wouldn't open. I called the place where I bought it from and they washed their hands of any responsibility and said to call the factory. I did and they called the place where i bought it and the lady tried to throw me under the bus, telling them i had adjusted the door (why and how would you on a brand new safe), after 8 months and multiple phone calls the factory finally sent out a locksmith who couldn't get it open and drilled through the locking mechanism rendering it unopenable. Finally after more months and many phone calls the factory let Action Security come out and they got it open. The factory warranted the safe and sent me a new safe which Action Security brought out and installed. They are very professional, courteous and safety minded.

Don’t despair, Scott is da man! It might take some time to make it happen due to the current state of freight delays, etc., but if you are looking for a custom high-quality safe with professional installation and service, Action Security is what you want, and Scott is good to his word!

Scott help guess the problem why my truck wouldn't program my fob key for my Toyota Tundra 2011. Went back home to get a new battery for my truck before going back. It did took a while but patience is what it need. Finally got it working. I really appreciated Scott for his help and time. He didn't gave up on me. Will definitely goes back for his service. It saves me money from the Toyota dealer that never got back to me.

The staff are all pleasant to work with. I've had some good experiences here but quality has been pretty hit or miss. Half of the times I've had locks rekeyed have required a second visit to the store. I suppose I should start asking for someone to come out to my place to make corrections. I'm am a landlord and have a lot of locks rekeyed. I'm going to look for another provider who is more reliable.

KEY FOB REPLACEMENT- If you want great customer service go see Scott at Action Locksmiths. He had one in stock(which is a miracle nowadays) and program a key fob in less than 10 min. He cares about his customers satisfaction and will always work with you. You cant go wrong trusting Scott with your time and money. He wont waste either.

Used an unnamed Locksmith company who could not program my new Lexus Key Fob and Ignition immobilizer. Went over see Scott at Action Security, INC.. He worked and worked and worked and finally rectified the problem the other company had put in it and all is well. My wife is happy and as a result I am happy. I was very pleased with their service. I ordered some key fabs from car and truck remote. Action was listed as a company that could cut and program the key. I was warned that sometimes the keys bought online break or won't program. They were able to cut and program both keys. I am very satisfied and will use them again

They saved my cabin trip! I lost the key to my snowmachine and took it in to them on a trailer. They went through ~30 different blanks before finding one that fit, made an impression from wiggling it back and forth, and then hand-scribed a new one that worked. It was the most impressive display of locksmithing I've ever seen, and then he charged me only $50 for the effort. Can't recommend highly enough.

Stopped by cold to duplicate a set of keys (2 barrel keys and 2 regular). They quickly fixed me up, and I quickly discovered I left my wallet at home. Got embarrassed, but the lock dude was chill and just shook his head. Had to run out and back and get my wallet. A very friendly and able lock shop. I give it 5 stars.

Having used Action Security years before, I found their present location in Anchorage. I needed to replace an exterior door knob locking assembly and key it to the residence key-lock. Keith got me sorted out right away and did the work on the spot while I waited. Action even gave me a modest price break on the hardware, When I got home to do the installation, Keith provided the needed coaching over the telephone so I could complete the replacement. I came in for help with a stuck trunk lock, after being turned away by a Toyota dealership. My mom had died unexpectedly, and the trunk lock on her old Corolla was sticking, with stuff I needed inside the trunk. The locksmith took 30 seconds to spray WD-40 in the stuck lock, getting it open easily. He was professional, effective and kind when I was struggling. I am deeply grateful for the help.
