A better locksmiths came out to my house and programmed my locks for my for crown victoria. He was professional and did a really good job for a reasonable price.

This guy did an excellent job, with excellent service and nothing to work with from my end. I had a car with NO keys. He verified ownership, picked the lock and recorded the key cuts. He made a door key and programmed an ignition key, plus a second optional ignition key for a small charge. I also needed three other keys which he had blanks for, and he cut them for a small charge also. All this for a MUCH better value than “the other guys.” Super knowledgeable and will not do mediocre work.

Great experience. We had 6 deadbolts in a house we bought with different types of hardware and keys. Eric changed some to make them all the same type and re-keyed the rest to match. He even ended up driving all the way to Eagle River to get a match when the stores in Anchorage were put of the type we wanted. Now one single key fits all the locks in the house! Also, Eric is just a great guy, we enjoyed talking with him.

AMAZING! Literally could not have had a better experience. He came to my house within an hour of calling him to replace my car key that I lost. He was done within 45 minutes, gave me a spare key and then met me at my job later that day to finish it since he was missing something he needed with no extra charge. Professional, on time, very friendly and flexible. Also the price is right and I tipped him $20. Highly recommend!

A Better Mobile Locksmith came out to my home in Chugiak after a very heavy snowfall. I had broke my key in the lock. Every locksmith in town quoted $300-$450 to drive 15 minutes and to make a new key for my car. Better Locksmith was at my house in 30 minutes made new key (plus extra key) and a new fob. All for under $200. He was professional, courteous, and timely. I highly recommend his services. I was very pleased, and will call him anytime I need a locksmith again!

Eric was quick to respond as he was in the area. Quickly and efficiently opened vehicle and keys found inside. Also scheduled follow-up visit to make duplicate spares and potential fob replacement (vehicle manufactured in Canada). Eric is very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely top notch service and a great price. Contacted the gentleman about getting a new ignition for my 1992 Thomas Schoolbus. Not your everyday vehicle and is my house as well so time was if the essence. He showed up and had it ready for a new part in no time. Honestly very well priced and super cool guy. Good communication and what sets this place apart from most other places is the pricing. By far the best pricing compared to other guys charging me literally hundreds more for replacing and programming a key for my car. Will call this place again if I ever need it again.
