I recently used Prime Lending for my purchase of a home and I had Roger Dobson as my lending agent. Not only was he very friendly and very helpful but he worked late night, Weekend and anytime I would text him in a panic he would calmly answer all my questions and explain them to me in English! Not lender Realty talk! He would say ok so what this means in English is....😁 I just loved it because I understood every step of the process and was always kept in the loop everyday of how things were going and status updates!!

PrimeLending never left my side as they walked me through the process almost three houses. The first house would have been a fire trap and money pit that Steve and the team led me away from, the second house apprsisal came in $20,000 dollars lower than the seller wanted to sell it at and then help me find the perfect house. They were always there to answer questions, give advice and make sure all the paperwork was in for the under writing to go smoothly. I highly recommend these people for your mortgage needs.
