For my cousin’s wedding, we had bridesmaids dresses made with our custom measurements. Well… we got our dresses, and they were poorly constructed and all too small. I went to two different cleaners, who each told me there’s nothing they could - or would - do with it. I came to Joey’s and they actually gave me a chance to try it on. They said there wasn’t enough fabric to let the dress out, but they could make the back into a corset instead to fix this. Such a great idea! It looks so cute and fits so much more comfortably now! I dropped it off on a Wednesday afternoon, got a call to come try it on again Friday for final alterations, and was ready to pick up by Saturday. The staff there is super nice and I’m so happy I came across this place online. If you’re thinking about using them, go for it!!!

I have been consistently using these cleaners for many years and have found them to be the best. However, when I went away on a business trip, I made the mistake of using a different cleaning service and regretted it. The team at my usual cleaners is not only efficient and effective, but they are also friendly and pleasant to work with.

Best dry cleaner in the Bronx!! Wonderful owners, never had any problems or lost items. Been going to them for a few months and always walk out with a big smile and clothes that look and feel great!! Quick, courteous, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!!

This is probably one of my favorite cleaners because of the satisfactory performance in cleaning the stains off my clothes. I really appreciate the efficient service and how welcoming they were. The prices are also reasonable and I highly recommend it.

I found this place through Google reviews and I must say my son and I was greeted with a big smile by the woman in the front. My son needed his suit dry cleaned for my mom's memorial and they did a fabulous job. Now he has food all over it, so here comes the challenge. We'll see you soon with the aftermath.

This is the best dry cleaner in the Bronx! I have been going here for a little over a year now and I am always amazed by the great service. They are extremely meticulous so my clothes are always clean, pressed and lint-rolled. They are able to remove difficult stains and offer a great tailoring service. Most importantly, they are always kind and understanding. They remember your name, ask how you are doing and offer a delivery service if you are unable to pick up your clothes on time. I live near Westchester county and travel to their cleaners because of the recognizable positive difference with my clothes when they service them. I highly recommend this cleaner and plan to continue using their services for many years to come.

I would personally like to give my opinion based on my past and present experiences with joeys cleaners. I’ve been bringing all of my clothes and my family members items here for over 15 years. We’ve been treated with professionalism beyond any other dry cleaners I’ve experienced in my lifetime. Expert cleaning, customer service ,tailoring, I just feel like family. I would highly recommend this fine establishment to my extended family members, co-workers and any stranger looking for a great experience beyond anything in this immediate area. My family and my church (head of the church) to my knowledge has been using Joey’s Cleaners for decades and I didn’t even realize it was them when I walked in on Wednesday I was beyond shocked at how different it looks now. I remember coming in last year, to try on my dresses after they were altered for my engagement party and now walking in a whole year later and everything is different lol Whenever, my mom will stop by and say she is dropping out clothes I’m like where she is like right there that’s the cleaners it’s like I didn’t believe her until I walked in myself. I’m loving the renovations and the staff is amazing. I don’t have any complaints with them at all.

I was looking for a cleaners and found this spot because of their amazing google reviews. I have gone to multiple cleaners and I haven’t had the service Joey’s provided. My work attire looks brand new, they fixed my zippers and de-pilled every piece which I didn’t expect. My white shirts are no longer grey yellowish , they’re back to looking fresh and white. Joey’s is definitely my regular cleaners.

The staff here was great. They helped me with my bags of laundry, they were informative on the cleaning process that they provide and you could see from the machines they use that they are high quality and for the amount of laundry I gave them the price was more than reasonable. I would recommend this cleaners to anyone

This Cleaners has been a great establishment in the Community, and Continues to Be. I brang my daughters graduation dress here 2 days before her prom, and it came out Perfect. I have had several alterations, Robes, Gowns, and Other Items Done here. It's always a good experience. Maria has such good customer service skills. The other man also. The whole staff does. I brought a bridesmaid dress in to get altered for the length and the straps. The dress was ready the next day I paid 70 for the work because the dress is covered in sequence and that made it a little more expensive. The straps ended up being uneven but I called and brought it back and they had altered it with the straps tucked into the dress so they fixed it in one day and it was perfect! Thank you for the great work :)

I always get my dry cleaning here I drop it off in the afternoon and it’s ready the next morning. Sometimes if I’m early in the morning I get it back same day before closing. I love the environment in which they run this business 11/10 recommended

If you have any last minute cloths for dry cleaning and you bring it early in the morning you can have early in the evening I love that about this cleaner. But if it’s just to press and iron it can be done even sooner
