This place is well kept, clean and spacious. Customer service is also great. One does everything from laundry to buying a snack and also use the bathroom.

This is one of the best laundromats I have visited. The machines and facility are very clean and in good working condition. The owners are very helpful and friendly. They were a lifesaver when my dryer went out the night before Thanksgiving. Highly recommend!

Nice and clean area, friendly help, plenty of machines, varied sizes for washing machines and dryers, snack/refreshment vending machines, use of electronic card (75 cents for new card), and a parking lot. Washing machines go for $2.89 to $8.89. The $8.89 washing machine is labeled as 8x load. That machine is HUGE. They have drying machines that have ample space but they also have machines that are huge just like their largest washing machines. I really liked this laundromat.

This was my first time here after reading the review i gave it a try...The place its clean and big but the only problem i had was THE BATHROOM HAD NO SOAP TO WASH UR HANDS AND THE INSIDE BUILDING WAS TOO HOT I DON'T KNOW IF THEY HAD THE A/C OFF OR THEY JUST HAVE IT AT HIGH TEMPERATURE WE WERE SWEATING AND I CAN SEE HOW PEOPLE INSIDE CUSTOMERS ALSO SWEATING I'M TALKING U CAN FEEL THAT HEAT ON TOP OF UR HEAD SPECIALLY IF U STANDING AROUND THE DRYERS.... I JUST MOVED TO TAMPA FROM ILLINOIS AND I'M WAITING FOR ARE NEW WASHER/DRYER TO DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE.... THEY HAVE A GOOD SYSTEM CASHLESS U DON'T HAVE TO CARRY COINS BUT PLEASE OWNER PUT SOME SOAP ON THE RESTROOMS AND TAKE CARE THAT A/C

Wow, I have not been inside of a laundry in years and I was with my in-laws helping them find a nice clean place for them to do their laundry and for sure this is the place to go to. The attendant Super Nice! Super Clean, floors, machines, walls, everything.

I’ve been using this place weekly for about a month now. Very clean. There always seems to be plenty of machines to use, granted I go during the week. When I have interacted with the staff they were nice and helpful.

I have visited severa laundries in the Temple Terrace area and Express Laundry is the one that has given me the best experience. The owner Alex is courteous and professional. Opens early, the place is always always clean , the machines are clean, staff is courteous and bilingual, the TVs have different programming for your taste. Love the card system, the place is spacious, has sliding doors, and there’s plenty of parking front and back no matter the time you visit, the place is not noisy like others and even the parking lot and surroundings are kept clean and that is a big plus for me.The best laundry to use in the area, will continue to use it and highly recommend it! Today was my first time at Laundry Express. It was great experience it was clean, screen tv (NFL game), snacks and drinks. The best part was the Laundry Card you load it cash or card. I did not have to deal with change you simple insert the Laundry Card in the washer or dryer it deducts the cost from the pre-loaded card. You can buy snacks with card, detergent. I highly recommend Laundry Express to everyone..

Great service! Was able to have my clothes laundered and folded for me within a couple of hours, this was really nice since I was in town helping my mother through surgery at the cancer center. So thankful for this prompt service!!

Compared to other places this is much more cleaner and the staff members too are helpful. Coins cannot be used here, But you can purchase a card for $0.75 and load it up to pay for your washing and drying. Ideal as a long-term place for washer and dryer usage. They also run a dry cleaning service. Good place.

Went there today and everything was fine. Enough washing machines and dryers, bathroom, vending machines with sodas and snacks, TVs. Everything looked clean and well mantained. The lady in charge there was friendly.

Nicest laundromat I've ever been to. Always an attendant there and they keep the place super clean. Even the bathrooms are nice and clean. There's 2 other main reasons I favor this place over others. #1-You have to use a membership card to operate the machines and enter the bathrooms. #2-There's no panhandlers/sketchy people there, EVER. Thus, the reason for #1(and I hate having to load my pockets and the machines with a pound of loose quarters too, lol).

Clean facility. Easec of use. Plenty of machines large and small. Must purchase a laundry card to use the machines. Only real issue is with the dryers. .25 a dry but requires at least .75 to dry clothes. It would have been nice to be able to have a choice of amount to put into dyer versus having to wait for cycle to end then put in more money to continue drying. Put more money in machine in advance, keeps dyer hot and clothes would have dried faster.

Machines are modern and the place is well kept. Oh, no need to have a bunch of quarters weighing you pants down. They have a machine that accepts credit cards and issues you a card for that amount to use in any machine. It’s like a prepaid debit card.

An immaculate laundry facility with amazing staff on site. The machines are high efficient, kept clean and maintained. The open concept allows for ease of movement. Tables for folding are awesome and carts are available and functional well. Televisions, seatings and an extra room for ironing is available. As adults we should take part in maintaining the cleanliness of this facility by clearing our own debris. It would be disheartening to see this facility turn into others I have seen because of the lack of responsibility by users.

Not too busy Monday mornings 10am. Lots of machines, refillable laundry card gives you access to all machines plus soap/dryer sheets. Vending machines and AWESOME arcade machine. Would be five stars but every time I have to get someone to unlock the bathroom and sometimes they take a moment Edit: changed to five stars cuz they instructed me on how to open the bathroom door properly

This used to be a coin operated laundry that also allowed you to use a credit/debit card. Had they not changed to a electronic card system; I would have given 5 stars. Ever since the switch the pricing on the machines went up. And it's an arbitrary price - $6.29 to use the 6 load washer (??) The saving grace is the bonus 'money' they sometimes give you when you load the card. The staff that I encountered are all friendly & professional. They keep the place clean & are always available to help. When I needed to put $1.75 on my card (all I had were quarters) they applied it to my card manually. They have several tvs to watch while you are waiting. There is a room to iron clothes & they provide a top of the line iron & ironing board no charge. It's a great facility!

The washers and dryers are large and are well maintained. They have different size washers for small to very large loads. The prices are very reasonable and all the payment is done with a card, which you can get for free and then load with cash or card. A load of wash takes about 20 minutes and the dryer takes maybe 40, depending how much you put in.

I'm a regular customer who's been using this laundromat for over a year without a single bad experience. Machines are always in working order and the place is clean. They recently switched to an electronic system which I really appreciate, no need for quarters. The few times I've had to interact with staff I never had a problem.

They're never dirty or over crowded and their many machines work well. They have Wi-Fi and tvs.. games... vending machines... I think you can pay for them to wash and dry for you... places to sit... did I mention it's never dirty?

Went there to wash some dog bedding. All washers and dryers we're clean and in good working order. The place was very clean. Attendant was on duty. They had seats, and a couple high top tables and chairs.

A updated and nice laundry mat. You upload and use a card for services and get discounts depending on how much much you spend. There are several tv's to watch while you wash. There is also an attendant available. You can pay for washing, pressing, and folding. There is laundry detergent, laundry towels, laundry bags, and softeners available for purchase as well as a snack machine with drinks.

I really like this laundromat. I really like it when it's not busy. There's enough washers and dryers even if it were busy. The only downfall is there isn't enough laundry carts at times. Biggest perk is the free wash after a certain amount of money you spend.

It's a newer location with lots of washing machines and dryers and they always work. Clean place with many TV's for entertainment and free wifi. Wash prices range from $2.29 for the smallest washers to $8.29 for the biggest ones. Drying prices go up in increments of 25 cents. Machines DO NOT take quarters. You can activate a laundry card with cash or credit card and then use them on washers and driers. There are vending machines for snacks and a worker is always around to help. Restroom is clean as well.

Very clean and the machines are cleaned every day. The staff is nice and it has lots of TV's to watch, plus wifi. I drive a ways to get there but I don't mind. It's definitely worth it for me.

Great atmosphere to wash an fold clothes. Please note operated by Asians so there culture is a lot different from the States. It's may be rude from our point of view but older Asians can't be corrected their way of life n deal with it! Nod your head n keep it going! From a American Blackinese .
