Communication was always prompt so it was very easy to arrange pick up. Very pleased with how clean and neatly folded everything was. The lint brush they included with the clean laundry was also a nice touch.

These guys are the best! I had taken my badly stained white pleated skirt three other cleaners, but none of them would touch it. These people cleaned and pressed it so beautifully, it looks brand new

After wearing my perfect wedding dress during my beautiful outdoor wedding, it needed some serious TLC. I managed to get dirt, grass, make-up and who knows what else all over the dress and wanted to make sure it was sparkling again before stowing it away. I found Seattle Express Cleaners online. Their good reviews had me optimistic. I reached out and got a response right away. I was provided with options via text (clean only, clean and press, etc) and was given what turned out to be a spot-on cost estimate. I was not looking forward to driving from Beacon Hill to downtown so I was happily surprised to learn they would pick up and drop off the dress. Off it went and within a couple of weeks (I was not in a rush) they sent pictures of my nice, clean, perfect wedding dress. It arrived today and looks even better in person. All the stains are gone and it's like new. Excellent quality cleaning and really excellent customer service as well. I highly recommend!! Thank you!

Could not be more pleased with my service from this company! I was hesitant because I have never sent our clothes off with anyone to be washed before, but I was sold after reading the good reviews and I'm so happy I tried them out. Fantastic communication, quick turn around time, and they really do go the extra mile. I will never use another company when I need some extra help with laundry!

They saved our wedding day!! We realized at the last minute that the people who altered our wedding dress, didn't clean it (even though we paid for it). We had a week before the wedding and Seattle Express Cleaners saved us and did an amazing job! They took our order (I dropped off in Lynnwood) and they got the job done early, easing our stress. They were very friendly, professional, and did an amazing job. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend using them for your wedding dress cleaning!

I used wash and fold with pickup and delivery. I live in an apartment building so it is complicated trying to coordinate pickup/drop off, but Seattle Express Cleaners made it easy with multiple ETA notifications. Service was amazing, laundry came back sooo tidy, I didn't expect my underwear to be folded but there it was in tiny parcels in a small bag with a smiley face sticker. :) I needed temporary service because my w/d is down but I will use these folks in the future for dress shirts and absolutely any drying cleaning I need done. Thrilled to have found my local company that does laundry, these guys are great, you will love them too.

Unbelievable experience here. I had a predicament and needed items pressed and cleaned by the next day. I contacted Seattle Express Cleaners letting them know my situation. They let me know that they could have my items cleaned by the next day. I was absolutely relieved when I learned this. It gets better. Later that day I was contacted by the owner letting me know that they were actually able to clean my items and were going to deliver that evening. While this is not a service they offer, they surprised me and helped me out considerably. Great business, great people. Will definitely be using them again!

Amazing, fast and friendly service!! I recently got ALL my laundry done with Seattle Express Cleaners. It was the best laundry service I have had yet. They communicate great via text and were very fast, I had pickup the same day I decided to use the service. I totally misjudged how many pounds of laundry I had and was way off, (i had like 9 bags of laundry and told them I only had like 30lbs) and they were still able to accommodate me with ease. All my buttoned shirts and blouses came back on hangers, everything else was folded neatly, socks matched (YESSS!) and all smelled great. I will use this service again 100%. Door to door laundry service at a GREAT price, friendly people, and the quality and care wont be beat!

Thanks for the service and not charging a pickup and deliver fee during covid. It makes it so so easy and when you figure the amount for time, soap, folding, driving, washing and drying, and paying just to use their washer and dryer, you’re not paying too much more for a great service. You don’t have to worry about all the covid restrictions, and let them take care of all that for you. That in itself is worth it. You must try it if you haven’t already. Very simple to do and set up your pick up and delivery location. It makes it easy to get clothes washed and dried if you don’t have a washer and dryer like me.. Driver is nice too. I highly recommend.

So convenient and such a high quality work product...I asked for my dress shirts to be folded because I was traveling...the shirts were folded in plastic dry cleaning bags to prevent wrinkles and cardboard was put around the collars to keep them from getting crushed in my suitcase...so thoughtful...excellent communication via text to plan/complete your order
