New card readers installed so you don't have to have cash or go pull money out, which seems safer for all, and it's always relatively clean. They work hard to keep some of the less desirable members of the community from over staying their welcome, without being prejudice to anyone who comes in the door. The owner is very nice and accommodating as long as you're respectful and there in order to use the services provided in the manner intended.

Skip the loadable card if you can, due to the minimum $30.75 for 3 loads of laundry. This would still be high if the hot water was hot but its not mixed right. Minimum dryer charge, confusing card system with detailed instructions not stating basic problem chip function does not work. A few weeks ago the hours were shortened but not posted online and the machines shut off automaticlly at a certain time, also not updated, so that was a fun trip. On the good side the staff was kind to me, the place is very clean, and last time I was here the internet was down so I got a great deal by using my credit card no swipe or reload necessary. I would like to give a better rating but it has been a hassle in the short time I have been coming here.

I was very impressed when I walked in. All new machines w/a clean environment for the customer. Mr. Larry was very helpful assisting me when I needed help. The hour + that I was there waiting for wash to finish. He was constantly cleaning the establishment restrooms also very clean. A keeper!

Very clean laundrymat with plenty of washers and dryers. Attendent on duty wiping down washers and folding area. A small toddler area with wall puzzels.

Everything was great EXCEPT you can't buy soap with a card. I came without cash thinking I didn't need any, and ended up going down the street to Chevron to buy much more Tide than I needed ...

they have someone that works there and she holds the door for you when your bringing your clothes in and out. she watches your clothes so I was able to go get some groceries while my clothes were washing. really nice and helpful.

I've never been to a laundromat where I was actually impressed by cleanliness until today. 5 star is an accurate name. The ratio of broken machines to working machines seemed low from my last couple laundromat experiences elsewhere. There were enough carts for everyone even though all the tables and seats were full. Not a single negative thing to note during my first visit here.

The facility itself is nice and clean, for a laundry mat. Some of the machines need tending to but for the most part that are really good machines that do a great job at cleaning your clothes. The dryers are phenomenal and typically only need one $1 round to dry a big load. The washing machines are $7-8 but fit a ton without compromising cleanliness. They also have cheaper smaller loads but we use the big ones. My biggest complaint here,and why I wont give a 5 star is because it's so freaking HOT in there!! They have 2 big A/C that they don't use and offer no fans! The math doesn't add up. I can maybe understand not running the A/C but no fans?!? Also they will not allow you to prop doors open. There are not really any other laundry mats in the area and I feel they bank on that. Anyways, this is just my hot grumpy self complaining. All and all a great facility but bring your own cordless fan for comfort!

Super clean all the time. I've never had to wait for a machine. Other customers are very respectful. I drive past 2 or 3 other laundromats to go here.

They say it’s pricey but I think it’s fair washers work great and are maintained.. dryer work just as good . And all the machines work on the app or cash which for me works out great cause I don’t have to carry a pocket full of quarters …

This might be the cleanest, well kept, & uses the newest washer/dryers I've been too. Unfortunately, u have to selfie, and text your pic to get code for the bathroom. So if you have to use it directly, your screwed - it'll be a minimum of 20 min before you get it. Dryers could give more time, but they do a great job. Definitely the place to go in the area for clean, and well kept😎👍

Great Facility.. I Live In Belfair, And Still Choose, To Goto This Laundromat. 3 Jumbo, 2-3, Large, and 9 Standard Commercial Grade Washing Machines Along With, 8 Standard Size, and 6 Large Commercial Grade Dryers. (May Be Incorrect On Quantities). All Of Which Have Optional Payment Methods - Coin Use, (Coin Dispenser On-Site, Too!), Or You Can Use The App On Your Device. - The Facility Is Very Well Maintained and Clean, Multiple Caged-Carts To Use For Your Laundry, (Units, Facility, And Carts Are Cleaned Daily), Wifi Available, and Even A Drink Vending Machine. Within The Same Mall-Like Area, Papa John's is Next Door, As Well As A Great Dry Cleaners, and A Pot Shop. (None Of Which, Are Associated To This Business, At Least To My Knowledge. - Just Providing My Opinion, and Rating.)

Definitely my preferred laundromat in town, don’t usually have any issue finding an available machine, & I love that I don’t need to have quarters to use the machine cause I almost never carry any cash/change whatsoever.

It was clean. However, being someone that doesn't use a laundromat that often I was shocked at the cost. $9.50 to wash a queen sized comforter. Then another $3.00 to dry it. Seems high to me. Oh yeah! It actually cost$10.00 to wash it because after I'd put 9 $1.00 coins in it would not take the quarters for the remaining$.50 no matter what I tried. So, I had to put another $1.00 coin in the machine to wash the item.

I was little hesitant to come after reading the reviews. Gave it a try and place is clean and what's even better.... using an app to pay for the machines. I don't always carry cash nor do I care to use atm machines unless I absolutely must. Not horrible experience. I don't mind about the bathroom made sure to go before I left. Not bad will be back if I need too

Awfully pricey to get things washed in the big washers. $6.50 for a load. Dryer is $0.25 for 5 minutes, or $1.75 for 35 minutes which is not a cost savings. Small washers are $3.00 to run. Coin machine drops 4-$1 coins & 4-quarters for every 5 dollars, but doesn't offer a change machine to break up the dollar coins. It is well cleaned & maintained. There is a ATM that charged me $2.50 to use. There is a coke vending machine, with $2 soda or water and $3 energy drink. The bathroom requires sending a selfie to a number provided. You can wait up to 45 minutes before you get a code. The picture has to be recent & not one in your album. They do provide hand sanitizer and free wifi.

I come here every week to do laundry, it is a nice facility always clean with large load washers and dryers. however this week the cost went up! there was nothing posted about a change in price so I was totally surprised when the machines just suddenly had higher prices per load. this is already a more expensive laundromat, but I choose to come here because the machines are good. Now I might start going somewhere else.

Clean laundromat. Pay with phone or coins. Bill changer and atm inside. Bathroom does need a code so don’t wait until you can’t hold it to send picture for code. Laundry was clean...cost per load was $5 to wash and dry ($3.50 wash $1.50 dry). Only 4 chairs to sit in. Tv wasn’t on. Empty strip mall.

Clean facility and plenty of machines to accommodate large amounts of people. Not a lot of parking in front but there’s plenty of space in the lot of the now closed QFC right across from Laundrymat. Within walking distance of restaurants and fast food. If you stay the entire wash and dry time for a single long it’s about 1:20 minutes give or take. The dryers are amazingly fast and can hold more than the washers can. I usually do two loads in separate washers and then put both loads in one dryer. WiFi and restrooms are for customers only. You must text the owners and they will then send you the code to unlock the bathroom. The number is posted on the bathroom door and the WiFi password is posted through out.

Facility is clean, plenty of folding area, not too crowded, but more expensive than Poulsbo. Spent about $15 more here than what we usually spend for a family of 4. Glad I checked it out though!

I thought it was clean, had nice machines that were fairly priced. With today's social media and other surveillance, the selfie is no big deal for bathroom code. I rather keep it secure and clean for those who use the facilities. I wish you would open 5 Star in Gig Harbor.

This place isn't as "nice" and new as it looks in the pictures or descriptions. And I found it to be pretty expensive as well. Cost me well over $20 to do 2.5 loads of laundry! I DO like the idea of going to a laundromat and getting it done all at once (in approximately 2 hours) rather than taking all day at home though!

Slight discount Tues-Thurs 6am-9am. Nice, new-looking, clean facility with a range of washer sizes and dryer sizes. Pay based on load size and soil level from 2.50 (small light 24m) to 7.50 (quad size, heavy soil, ?m) and every 50 cents in between. Dryers say they dry a load in 35 minutes at $1.75 at large size. Also have jumbo sized dryers. Nice place. Will return. Dryers and washers have power cutoff to not start after 9:35 for dryers and 8:45 for washers. Free wifi, laundry supplies, change machine, coke vending machine, flat screen TV, one couch. Lots of folding tables. Machines also accept dollar quarters. Restroom has passcode that you have to call in to get a code for. Soda machine. I just wish there was more seating, otherwise aces baby!

Clean, well labeled so you know how much it is going to cost. I find the bathroom policy creepy (need to text a photo to a random number and wait 45 minutes to get texted back with the unlock code). Thankfully in the same parking lot as a QFC, so just run across and go there if needed. Update: six months later and I still don't have the bathroom code. Definitely not cool.

Very clean! Updated machines, free WIFI and kid zone. Family friendly. Prices for wash range 450 -650 each load. Kinda pricy but higher end. I will be returning.

Super happy with 5 Star Laundry! especially after my terrible experience at Sudzees in Bremerton (avoid at all costs). They keep the place clean, the machines work great, and you don't feel like you're gonna get mugged lol. By far the best Laundromat in Kitsap County. Oh and free WiFi so I watched some Netflix in my car while I waited ;)

Always clean. Has a small play area for kids..dryers dry fast. Only con is you have to send a text with a picture of yourself to get a code for the bathroom...Really inconvenient when you have kids with you.

Drove down from from Silverdale because the laundromat there is a dump. This one is nice, clean and every thing works. Rated 4 stars because you have to do a stupid thing to get an access code for the bathroom. Other than that it was a nice place.

The best laundromat in town. Monitor from opening to closing...I don't have to worry about my clothes gone missing or tampered with, People are nice, The owner are just as nice, if you report a problem, it will be taking care of right away.

Very nice. Clean. Has wifi. Washer and dryers work well..but bit pricey. Does the job though. Only drawback is no access to bathrooms. And can't just go next door to a place. For the prices there should be a courtesy for that.

Pay in quarters or dollar coins only, but there is a cash machine. Soda machine. Products, bleach, fabric softener,.... everything at $1. For dryers: $.25 for 5min (4min for very large dryers). For washing machines count around $3 for 25 minutes. Everything is clean and big it's very nice. Full of explanations, explanatory video too. (Original) Lavaumatique pratique, grand et très propre. Chaises, canapés, tables de pliage, grands et moyens lave-linges et sèche-linges.wifi. toilettes à codes qui ont l'air compliqués mais bon...parking juste devant nickel et pratique. petits chariots à linge. Payer en quarters ou dollar coins seulement, mais il y a une machine à cash. Machine à soda. Produits, javel, adoucissant,.... tout à $1. Pour les sèche-linge : $.25 pour 5min (4min pour les très grands sèche-linges). Pour les lave-linges compter dans les $3 en gros pour 25 minutes. Tout est propre et grand c'est très agréable. Plein d'explications, vidéo explicative aussi.
