Great service and reasonable price! Just tried Loopie and was very pleased with how seamless the whole experience was. Ordering was easy and transparent. The pick-up & drop off was on time and I got notified via text message when they were nearby. Laundry came neatly folded and organized by category so putting it away was a breeze. Thankfully there is no strong detergent after-smell either. Highly recommend!

They offer a great service. I schedule online, they pick up my salon linens & they come back clean & folded. For the same fee as dropping them at a laundromat for wash & fold. I highly recommend them.

It appears the service has changed and a cell phone is needed to use it. Sadly, I own a business and we don't use cell phones for our business. Yes, I have a personal phone, but also have cancer. My employees must be able to order laundry pickup when I'm not available or hospitalized. Oh, well.

I looooove this service. I use it whenever I am overwhelmed by laundry. I am an acupuncturist and have shown up with all fitted sheets because they do such a good job with folding I had never seen a fitted sheet folded that well in real life. This service is a life saver for me!!

I’ve been using Loopie for about a year now, and it has been well worth it! I can schedule at the last minute, knowing they are always responsive, pick up when they say they will, and always deliver within 24 hours. They are wonderfully reliable. The clothes and sheets are always clean and nicely folded - I’m so glad I found them!

Service was late two out of the three times we used them. Other customers clothes were found mixed in with our own. Clothes were dry and scratchy (even though we sent our own detergent and fabric softener).
