The place was clean and efficient. Nicole was amazing, helpful and informative. I came in to wash some oversized blankets and she explained to me which machines I needed to use to get the results I wanted. She helped me every step of the way and made the whole process seem straightforward. I guess I just found my new laundromat! Thanks Nicole!!

This is one of the nicest laundromats I have been in! The attendants are really helpful and friendly. Miguel helped me figure out which machines to use and the nice lady (not sure of her name) got me a stool to rest my feet while waiting. Highly recommend!!!!

Whoever was working when I was doing my laundry was so kind and helpful. He held the door open for me and treated me with respect. It's too bad I didn't get his name. Its little things like that, that can make your day.

My dryer is broken so I’ve had to dry laundry here several times over the past few weeks. I only have experience with the dryers, but there’s always been lots of availability (weekdays) and the dryers appear clean. They are large and are able to dry a large load of towels, bath mats, and sheets on high heat in 60 minutes. FYI it’s 25 cents for each 5 minute increment. Yes, the carpet is a little old, but the floors are relatively clean and the place is tidy. There is sufficient seating. In my experience, it has been relatively quiet and not a bad place to spend a few hours waiting for your laundry to dry. I will continue to come here as needed.

I love this laundromat. The machines are in great condition - I typically use the larger front load ones, but the smaller ones, while older, seem to be good, too. Also, the areas you put the soap in are kept very clean. Most importantly, the workers there are super helpful and friendly. I always see them walking around either cleaning or assisting people. There are other laundromats closer to my house, but I make the trek out here because this one is by far better than any of the others.

I totally agree with the positive reviews for Eastside Maytag Laundry! The place really is very clean and has quite good equipment. Dania greeted me at the door and was a great help showing me how to use the machines. I could not have had a better experience than I did today. Our home washer should be repaired by next week. But if I need a laundromat in the future this is the place I’ll come to.

ALWAYS clean and the owners are so helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure you have what you need before you even ask. The attendant comes out before I can make it to the door with an offering strong arm to carry all my heavy items. She's a badass! Total sweetheart with an awesome work ethic. To top it off, they have a section of items in their lost and found nicely arranged for those who may have left things behind or the needy who could use a small blessing. Good people! And did I mention it was clean?! ...😁

Had to wash my huge king size comforter today, and I've never been to a laundromat. I had a great experience between the service was excellent. The person working there walked me through what to do, helped me pick machines, and even help dry my comforter better by adding some clean tennis balls to the load to help it move around. No need to look any further, this place is great.

I went here to do laundry and the two people running the desk were extremely helpful! The laundromat itself and the machines inside were clean. They sell dryer sheets and detergent if you forget yours. I’ll definitely be coming back.

My first experience in a laundromat today and I chose THE VERY BEST! What a great place, so clean and such helpful people! New machines from what I gather, according to the new owner and a super nice guy! The capacity of the large washers was awesome. The owner and a worker were so helpful getting me set up with the best machines for the laundry I brought in. They were absolutely 💯 percent all about customer service! While my reason for being there was a dead washer and long wait for a new one at home, I will definitely be coming back to wash large bedding I know will not fit into my home machine. What a positive experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this business!

Our washer broke and reluctantly I had to find a laundromat. I was blown away from the moment Chris and Nicole opened the door. The laundromat was sparkling clean, they treated me like family, explained the different washers, helped me load and made a situation I was not looking forward to enjoyable. I have since been back to wash comforters and pillows. They have set the bar high for laundromats and customer service. Will always go back.

I came in tired and sore from moving for the past couple of days and had my backseat filled with clothes/sheets/blankets. I must look exhausted because Nicole came right over and started helping me. What an angel! It took five washers but I got it all with her help. It's been a long time since I used one and she explained everything. The people at the front were really sweet as well. I'm moving out if Kirkland but if I ever need a laundromat, I will come back over here! Thanks, guys!

I hate laundry but Eastside makes it easy. The staff especially Miguel who helped me with my laundry made 6 loads of wash easy. If you want a clean place and great staff please check them out.

I don't think this could be a better laundromat. I've used a lot of laundromats around here, and I will always use this one from now on. It actually takes quarters instead of one of those cards so many use. It's clean and the machines look pretty new. I know at least some of them are new. The best thing is that the attendant there is as helpful as can be. I was in a huge hurry so I could make it to work on time. He put the quarters in one washing machine while I put them in another, then he showed me that there is a quick wash option, which just means it doesn't pre-wash. I was outside when the machines finished, so he went out and told me they were done. Then when I put the clothes in the dryer, he tossed my bedding in one dryer as I threw my clothes in the other. He even added his own fabric softener sheets. I did make it to work on time. 😊

The attendant was fantastic period this was a perfect example of excellent customer service. I came in with a large comforter and the $20 bill. I could have used the coin machine and managed all of my own but the attendant met me at the entrance and took care of everything for me. I was able to sit and get some work done and just fold my blanket and leave when ready. The location itself was incredibly clean and tidy and there was a lot of social distancing with the doors open for fresh air.

It is a typical laundrymat. Their machines only take quarters. They do offer a drop in service with the costs based on the weight of the laundry. They are fast and will fold the clothes as part of the service. They have 3 different sizes of washers and one size of large dryers. Most of the machines were functional when I visited the last 2 times. The dryers seem clean. I recommend using the larger washers. They use more water and seem to clean better. The Vietnamese owner is friendly but aloof. Prices are reasonable and there is adequate parking. My two issues is the raggedness of the carpeting and sometimes, there is no soap in the restroom. Also, this location is closed on Wednesdays.

Honestly these people were the best at helping me get my clothes inside. Everything is very maintenaned and they immediately cleaned the restrooms when they smell bad. The wi fi helps alot too because it made the time fly fast. I will totally come to this laundry to wash my blankets.

My washing machine broke down and I needed to do a couple of loads before I get it replaced or repaired. I had no idea what I was doing as I've never been to a laundry mat before. The attendant was so helpful and kind. He helped me get change, showed me how to use the washer & dryer, and warned me not to put the coins in before adjusting the water temp.

Chris super friendly and helpful. My only issue is lack of instructions on the machines and lack of signs telling you what machines are for what (load-size, machine types etc). If Chris hasn’t been there I probably works have done things in the wrong order.

I came here for the first time today and was blown away by the customer service. I've been to laundromats in the past and have never been offered help, and even when I ask for help it seems like they are "bothered" by it. The owner held the door and got me two carts while I brought in several bags of clothes. He showed me how to operate the machines, and checked on me a few times while I was here, offered me the wifi code, etc. Literally blown away. It made being at the laundromat welcoming and fun instead of tedious and tiring. Definitely will come back!

Excellent place to do laundry. Under new ownership this place has really turned around, much cleaner and nicer, brand new machines and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, do your laundry here. And ignore any review from more than 3 months ago, before new ownership. this is now a 5 star worthy laundromat.

I think this place is family owned I'm not sure but I've been here 4 times now. Each time I'm greeted very up beat and friendly. This is the first laundromat I go to that I don't feel completely judged/watched by the employees. They are also extremely kind and helpful! One of the employees even offered to put my comforter in to dry for me if I needed to go do something really quick. I declined because of the whole covid thing but he was very kind and I appreciated the thought! ☺️ Price wise it is very affordable in my opinion. I only ever wash my comforter and a pillow when I go. I have 2 furbabies so I always put it in the bigger to medium machine, right by the entrance, on extra dirty and extra rinse. Costs $8 i think with those settings. Dryer is 25¢ for every 7 min?? Something like that, I'm not too sure. I do this one load with $10 and 50¢ to spare. I've only ever been in since covid started but each time I've been there, it's never super full of people, and there's always plenty of machines available! So that's awesome 😁 I wouldn't know how it is before covid. I like this place a lot and will continue to come here for however long we will be in Washington. Thank you to the owners and employees for being so kind! I TRULY appreciate it! ☺️☺️☺️

This laundromat is great! Miguel, the owner, has fantastic customer service. There are plenty of top load and front load washing machines along with 2 whole walls of front load dryers. Wifi is available, there is a television with cable, 1 washroom for customers, a coin machine, and seating along the windows. Note that they only take cash right now but Miguel says he does plan on adding a machine that takes card in the near future. Depending on the size of the machine you use, washing is $2.35 to $6.00 per load. $0.50 starts a dryer for a few minutes so you should expect to spend maune $1.50 to $2.50 per dryer. The facility is clean with ample folding stations and rolling carts. Miguel said he is changing out the old machines with new ones so expect even better equipment soon.

This laundry matt is under new ownership, and they are very friendly and helpful. They have new washers and dryers, new carpet, flat screen tv's, free Wi-Fi, new soda, and candy machine, kept very clean, plenty of parking, and the staff is bilingual speaking Espanyol, and English. There are many local eateries to go to while your laundry is in the machines. I really enjoy doing my laundry there.

The manager is very nice and helpful. The machines are in good working condition, but honestly they could all use a good clean. The bright side is, there are always enough washers and dryers, I've never had to wait for a machine.

Kind of hidden away on the side of the skating rink, but definitely open. Typical laundromat. Good selection of equipment. Got my queen sized comforters nice and clean, but I didn't pay to dry them...I was too cheap. I was surprised they still use quarters.

Easy to get in and get laundry done! Attendant is helpful and nice! Pricing seems fair. But, its dirty. Machines should be cleaned, bathroom and floor too! Non heated so cold days are chilly. Clientele is friendly.

Exceptionally clean and 73 of 74 washers and dryers working!!! New management under Miguel is fun to talk with. Open until 10 PM. I live in Woodinville and the laundromat there is off my go-to list forever.

What you could expect from any laundromat. The quarter slots can be sticky at times and the bathroom isn't the best maintained but who goes there to use the restroom anyway. 2.75 per load for wash and .50 for each 5 minutes of dry. Theres always enough equipment ready, I've never had to wait and the owner is a nice guy.
