I've used Bolt Laundry for 3 months and the experience is truly one of a kind. You can get an appointment same day and get laundry dropped off the very next day! Its convenient and very affordable. As a full time student, it helps me out so much. Customer service is also very great!

This is my second time getting my laundry done and I absolutely love it. The first time Marcie the driver picked up my laundry and had it back to me that evening. This time my laundry got picked up last night and I got back at 7am this morning. This service makes my crazy life a little easier for me. This place is fantastic! We just moved to Seattle and needed laundry done but to drained to go do it. Our first experience was over and above. He not only came and picked up our clothes but had treats for our babies. When our clothes came back they were perfectly done. If I could give 10 stars to this business I would. Wish I didn’t have a washer-don’t care anymore mine is broken!! The clothes are very neat on hangers and buttoned properly, and folded are grouped and wrapped in plastic!! And socks?-they match socks and banded the odd Ones together. If you ever need this service, please use Bolt Laundry! You will be very happy!!

So, I don’t often send my clothes to laundry shops because I don’t like the strong scent of detergent, but I was really in a bind last week and had to. I heard good things about Bolt Laundry, so I went there, ask the staff if they could please not use super strong detergent. They agreed. When I received my clothes, I swore I’m going to give them 5 stars because the scent was mild, the clothes were clean, and I can say they really took care of them. Will definitely do business with them again.

I've been going to Bolt for a few months now and I love it. I'm so much happier than when I went to a normal laundromat, because at Bolt they give you a nice, refreshing wash and then dry your clothes in one of their freezers! It's so much more efficient and convenient.

Very expensive. I gave them what I could normally wash in one load in a small front loader and it cost $50 because they weighed it in at 25 pounds. Driver did not pickup within the allotted time window. Only good thing is the give you a way to contact the driver. And don’t use if you need clothes to be fragrance free, because even though I requested All free and clear and no dryer sheets, my clothes still smell like dryer sheets. So they are clearly washing everything in the same machines, regardless. Clothes did come back clean. I only gave them 3 stars because I haven’t used a service since covid, so I don’t know if others are this outrageously expensive or not.

Bolt did a great job, but I don't think it was worth over $100 for one comforter and two small blankets. I don't know if I was overcharged; I haven't heard one way or another. They also did not give me the laundry bags I ordered and I haven't heard back from them on that.

I've never in life paid anyone to pick up my dirty clothes, and am the type to first clean up and then try to help out a paid housekeeper, so I felt awkward and uncomfortable scheduling an appointment for someone to wash my laundry. The pandemic (and elusive quarters) made a lot of new things necessary, and I'm so happy this group of folks are the ones I chose to help literally lighten my load. They communicated at every step, did a GREAT job washing and folding my sheets, towels, and blanket, AND their driver had biceps and a smile that made me not feel guilty he had to carry my heavy bag. I'll happily keep using them, even after quarantine ends. Excellent service!

I was able to book the next day and Kristine was awesome about accommodating us and our family's large amount of laundry. Even though we have a washer dryer now i can't recreate how nice it clothes felt and smelled. Also it was a treat having everything folded, even the baby clothes. Saved a busy mom a lot of time!
