This is one of the nicest laundromats I've had to use. The staff are always helpful and they clean regularly. You can purchase a reloadable card though it seems they'll start the machines for you. I highly recommend avoiding weekends if possible; that is the time it seems busiest. Plenty of parking available. Their hours are great for my random work schedule.

It's a nice and clean laundromat. Today is my second time washing my clothes at this place. I'd give it 5 stars but because of the surroundings at this area it make it hard for me to find a parking spot that is closer to the door.

The place was great access for me to use the laundry and referred a staff member of the salvation army to do laundry with 5 people. Funny thing is that one person forgot to take his adult diapers out when he didn't know it was in the washer. When drying up n the dryer, a lighter fell out and it was hot therefore it didn't explode but still works. Decent prices and nearby location to stores etc. 👍🏻

We were very impressed! There are more than enough machines for everyone! Very clean with several areas to sort and fold laundry with 3 televisions to help pass the time away. There is also a snack and soda machine that is reasonably priced and 2 extremely awesome massage chairs! After finishing my mountain sized piles of laundry a good massage is just what I needed!😊There was also an attendant on site that was very helpful and kept busy making sure everything was clean! I am so happy to have found The Blue Lagoon!

First time ever going to a laundromat and had the BEST EXPERIENCE!!! Fabi, the attendant was so friendly, helpful and wonderful! They even have massage chairs you can use while you wait! Cant wait to come back, going to make it a part of the routine get a massage while washing my family's bedding! Prices are good! Extremely clean facility! Very good experience, Thank You! 🙂

I am a landlord for a furnished condo. When I have laundry to do, it's usually 10+ loads and time is tight. I've been to a number of laundromats and have found this to be the nicest one so far. I've been here twice, and each time the place is clean and has a friendly attendant to help answer questions. (The attendant actually was nice, and didn't act bored or burned out!) The machines appear to be well maintained and the counters are clean enough that I can actually fold my laundry on them. I've been to other places that were not maintained well, so this is a really nice change. The place has a bathroom, clean chairs and stools all over, plenty of counter space, and multiple TVs and an arcade game. I haven't seen loiterers, panhandlers, drug dealers or thieves that my husband and I have dealt with in or outside other laundromats. Updated prices (they have changed since someone else listed them several years ago) Load prices - $2.50, $2.75, $5.25, $7.50 Dryer prices - $1-2 for giant dryers that dry multiple loads. Hours - M-F 8am-10pm, S & S 7am-10pm Machines are not coin operated! They use a loadable card system that accepts cash. Coins only needed for detergent.

Whether you only need to wash heavy linens a few times a year or need a place nearby to consistently wash your clothes (like me) this is a bright, clean and friendly place to launder them at. Plus, they're open until 10 pm! It's true you have to pay $3 for a reloadable card to use the machines, but it's a cheap price for the convenience of not having to collect quarters. You do need cash to load your card, but there is an ATM next to it. If you don't plan on coming back often, you can get the $3 (plus any unused money) right away from the attendant at the desk. The place is clean, and the staff is very friendly. I let the guy at the desk know that it was my first time here, and he showed me how to use the card loading machine and gave me a tour of the machines. Later, he checked back to make sure I was able to figure out the card system on the machines. It's fairly straightforward with easy to follow instructions on the front of the machines. There is fun lighting, TV's, and an assortment of magazines. The prices for dropping your laundry off and having them wash & fold while you're out and about seems reasonable.

So... My washer isn't working and I have really bad ocd when it comes to cleaning. I was super worried about going to a public laundry mat. The women working was so nice... She explained everything to me and was nice enough to let me clean the washer before and after I used them. I was able to get 5 loads done in 2 hours. It was great experience for my first time.

Walked in at noon on a Saturday and asked the attendant about how to use things, "My first time here." He smiled and took his time to explain about the cards, the time it takes for washing, drying, and even adding bleach to the washers. Not a dump, everyone there (it was busy) at least looked dressed and notlike bums living on a streetcorner. Returned the following Tuesday after dinner time and there were very few customers. The woman attendant was very helpful with showing me the steps to obtain the cash card and using it to operate the machines. Everything worked perfectly. I'm a happy camper.

My dryer broke so I decided to take my laundry down to the Blue Lagoon to get it dried. You do have to buy a card to use the machines but it's only 3 dollars and is honestly easier than dealing with quarters. It only cost me $9 to dry 4 loads of laundry including the $3 for the card. Everything in the facility was clean, the floors, counters and bathrooms are well kept. There were many machines for everyone and the machines I used worked well and actually dried my clothes faster than at home.

The place is great, tons of space, well kept machine's, and everything is clean. Problem I have is that their webpage says open Monday - Sunday 7am - 10pm and the only reviews I've read so far that have described their business hours have also stated open until 10pm, now my fiance and I showed up there at 8:50pm tonight and the lady comes out and says we're closed already and close at 9pm well it's a huge inconvenience caused to my fiance and I with our 2 5 1/2 month old babies to load up with the laundry and head to a laundromat that is said to me open. Other than the time issue the place is great and I would give them 5 stars if they were to change their business hours to 10pm.

Great laundromat. Lots of machines. You purchase a card for $3 and then load as much money on the card that you think you might use and then swipe to activate machines. So much better than having to use quarters!! It is a clean place to boot!! (And whenever you decide to turn in your card you get any unused money back as well as the $3 card charge.)

Despite signs everywhere saying to please wear a mask, guy behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask. Also despite signs asking that you leave/wait in your car while laundry is going, noticed two people on devices obviously waiting for their laundry, neither wearing masks. Otherwise, system is pretty easy, didn't observe any broken machines, seemed fairly clean.

If you need a Good place to wash your cloths this is it!!! Please note they do not use Quarters only a Card. It takes$3 for the card it's self. It's clean abd there are TVs, bathrooms, and vending machines. Parking can be a pain so come early.

Overall i like the staff and the owner is usually prompt with taking care of problems and maintenance. The problem i have is not the place, it's with the customers letting their children run wild,no discipline, i had children with cheetos on their hands touching my clean linens on the folding table, children riding around in carts and children running around unchecked like its a park, ive come dangerously close to running into running children coming around a corner with a basket full of laundry and have had to tell kids several times to not run around, as their parents usually are not paying much attention to what the kids are doing. The laundry mat on 128th has half off happy hour during certain times on certain days, this one charges just to use their card system wich is very slow when putting time increments on dryers. Very outdated system. Pop machine is 1.25 per soda, seems a bit ridiculous. On crowded days theres barely room to get in around the layout from one area to another. Updated prices are 8.25 washers holds 50lbs, 6.00 washers, 4.50 and 3.50. Dryers are 1.60 and 2.40 initial starting time. Cards are 3.00. Parking is cramped and cards will only accept up to 99.00 dollaes loaded at a time.

There are two laundry mats a lot closer to my place, but I go to the Blue Lagoon for several good reasons, and I will continue to go as long as I need to use a laundry mat. So you're wondering what the "One Star" rating? It's because the owner won't close for Easter. The customers are loyal, there are only a couple of employees, give them the day to be with their families. You're not going to lose any money.

Very clean, prices are affordable and they have a friendly staff. They have vending machines and even massage chairs (but be careful to not sit on them or they will start to beep until you insert money into them lol). They are right next door tona restaurant and Mexican Grocery store so you can literally stop here to wash, eat and get some household items. Ample parking and yet again very upkept. 5 stars all the way

Clean, lots of machines. They require a card to run the machines that you get and then reload as needed. This feels cumbersome when you're just going to wash winter blankets 2x a year, but the staff made it as simple as possible. Would recommend.

Big! Lots of washers and dryers in LOTS OF SIZES. Had lots of bedding and stuffies to clean. They use a card instead of quarters. A machine loads money onto it like an atm. In a very Hispanic part of town (se habla espanol?). Fred Meyers is across the street. Recommended to my SO who is washing tons of clothes for resale.

From the moment I walked in I was that rude customer that any owner of any business would have asked to leave...I have been doing laundry in the laundromat my whole life and was unsure about this place just like any for the first time...but low and behold was the owner and not only did he address my problem on the spot but he was professional in every right...and after talking to him realizing he was a veteran like myself he tried to give me a discount...I refused on the simple fact that 1 I didn't serve to get discounts and 2 He earned it by good customer service and professionalism...which is dead and hard to find any more it used to be the customer is right....I will return here and bring my business back...
